“ paid £410 for a 2 night stay. Upon check in I was presented with a list of rules (empty bins, strip beds on departure amongst others) and asked for a €400 deposit for any potential breakages of which couldn’t be processed due to restrictive refund policies. The attitude and lack of help and welcome from staff was the worst I’ve ever experienced. No attempt to understand or put things right. The propertiy was amazing just like the pictures. “The property overall all was fantastic but sadly on our last night I had my baby in the shower and the water temperature went from Luke warm to scolding hot and scolded my 11 month old baby. Luckily he didn’t have physical burns but he cried in pain as soon as the water touched his skin. I can only imagine there was some sort of fault with the thermostat in the shower. I reported this to reception but didn’t hear any more after the event. ”
