Not adequate towel, no hot water, not all staffs are friendly. Room service was taking time whenever called. House keeping dint clean the bathrooms or floor, dirty table even after asking.

Not worth for money. Location inconvenience to basic needs like food, etc. Water glass used by previous guest was left as it is on the table near the bed. Soap holder bottles not functional. Toilet doors very transparent and affecting privacy. Buggy unavailability very frequent which may impact emergencies and timely check out to get the flight on time. Restaurants management and cleanliness not to the expected standard. Food taste and varieties not that impressive. No bar licensed yet. But the picture showing bar availability. Distance to boating area at least 30 minute walk, but the information provided 8 minutes only.

It’s an excellent new hotel and well maintained property. Courteous staff and immaculate house keeping. Food at Buffet breakfast and dinner is quite extensive and tasty.
I wish the property were renting scooters to go to city and sight seeing. Auto or cab is the only mode of transportation. Majority of the residents have their own car.
I also recommend the management to start working on activity for hotel guests with corresponding transportation.
