"We were in kapuskasing to snowmobile. Hotel is on the trail. Gas station and restaurant close. Hot tub to end the day. Jets were not working but it was hot. We stayed 3 nights and our room was never cleaned. I understand not changing towels or sheets but was surprised garbage not emptied or coffee ..."

"Stayed in historic block, pretty old decor, bed linen was stained. Noisy drunken crowds slamming on doors for 30 mins after 3am. Stains on the bedsheet. Didn’t feel like 4 stars at all"
