“Hotel easy to find. Good underground parking. Rooms need to be refurbished. Marks on wall and wallpaper peeling off at joins. Breakfast OK but no staff allocated to welcome, check room no etc. Generally flatters to deceive.”

“櫃臺人員對於英文不流利的旅客, 服務態度有待加強, 停車費20歐太貴, 但停車人員的服務很好, 早餐很豐盛, 但煎蛋人員的態度有點冷漠, 回應可以更積極點, 建議泳池不要傍晚才去, 因為即使夏天, 水還是很冰”

“Reasonably good, people were friendly, nice to have a room with balcony overlooking the park. Parking was pretty easy. Not much going on in Opatija but it was a relaxing 2 days and the sea is wonderful”
