“A lovely air conditioned room on the hottest day the Netherlands has experienced (over 40 degrees) I made full use of small but welcoming hotel pool and (ironically) the sauna. The hotel also has a small exercise room with bicycles and tread mill. Best of all, however, was the food. Some of the best food I have eaten, the chef should be congratulated. ”

“Wir haben eine schöne Zeit in der Residence Lichtenvoorde verbracht. Die Anlage ist ruhig und hat eigentlich alles was man braucht an Infrastruktur. Es ist nur schade, dass der Park nicht groß genug ist für einen Brötchenservice oder ein Restaurant mit Frühstücksangebot. Allerdings war das Besteck bei Ankunft nicht sauber und man sollte die Silikonfugen im Bad mal erneuern. Das ist ein Aufwand von 1-2 Stunden und alle paar Jahre einfach notwendig. ”
