“There were 7 of us staying at The Summer house, it had plenty of room for all of us. It was very clean. We enjoyed our stay there. The pool and lazy river was great. We would stay there again.”

“Great condo, complex and location. Enjoyed the pool and daily activities at the complex - morning yoga by the pool and coffee/donuts/games one morning. Condo was clean, nice and just as described. Loved easy access to nature trail - walked trail to beach state park pavilion/beach access and walked back on beach. Only 1 miles drive to state park beach parking that is 10 a day and beach is much less crowded there than down by all the condos. Saw two bald eagles on nature trail! Only issue……

“Everything was as advertised. We arrived a day early and fortunately our place was available to add an extra nights stay. It was a great location for sightseeing and the fenced in resort was perfect for families with little ones. Overall we enjoyed our experien.”

“I have stayed at many places in 30A, Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, etc. Being new, this condo was beautiful and modern and the kitchen was better stocked than any I have seen. The pool was fantastic-- especially having the music. I experienced two negatives which may prevent me from returning to the location. There was only one A/C unit for the condo. We had to keep the upstairs very cold to get the downstairs to be even moderately comfortable. All the units are like this and nothing can be done……
