This condo is under new ownership and the new owners have renovated the unit with new beds in the 2nd bedroom and a new sofa sleeper in the living room. All new memory foam pillows as well. New balcony furniture made in Ohio that features a 6 person outdoor dining table. The condo has been freshly painted with new colors and decorations.

This 3 bedroom 2 bath Phoenix 7 Condo is a corner unit located on the East side of the 12th floor with sleeping arrangements to accommodate 10 people. Upon entering with an electronic key code, you are welcomed by a large foyer that leads to the main hall. The master bedroom has a private balcony with seating, king bed, and adjoining master bath with a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has a queen bed while the third bedroom has two full size beds. All bedrooms have a TV equipped with Direct TV and each has a large closet. The hall bath is a tub/shower combo off the main hall leading to the living/kitchen area.

In the entry area the closet has a beach wagon, toys, beach chairs and umbrella for your use. There are hair dryers, iron and ironing board along with a child playpen as well. We have a keyless door lock that works with an electronic code and keeps you from having to keep up with keys. Free unlimited Wi-Fi is provided.

Your new home away from home features kitchen, living, and dining all open concept and a warm environment. Floor to ceiling windows line the walls with beautiful direct views of the Gulf. There is a large wrap around balcony with two sliding glass door entry points off the kitchen and living areas. A full size washer and dryer is provided for your comfort. There is a Keurig for your convenience.

Parking passes are required and must be purchased from the front desk on your arrival.

Beautiful corner condo

This updated and comfortable 3 bedroom condo was the perfect size for our group of 7. Although we had a few days of rain to contend with, we still had plenty of tome to enjoy the beach. Overall the condo was great, and the beds were quite comfortable , although the living room could use a table or two and a lamp. My main complaint was the very sketchy tv service, and with the rain days, we were in need of a distraction a time or two.

Perfect location!

We had a wonderful stay here for spring break! The large balcony is perfect, though the new building being built on the left does obstruct your sunrise views, but other than that the view is A++! I recommend walking down to the pier for the sunset views anyway! Only complaint is we had a really hard time with the living room TV….it didn’t like to connect and it kept losing volume so we’d have to reset and pray we could get it connected again. Overall a minor issue since we were not there to watch tv anyway! The property manager was extremely helpful and very kind in helping us extend our stay an extra day. Location is close to everything but far enough down the road you skip some of the heavier traffic! 100% recommend!

NOT CLEAN AND LATE

-Condo was delayed 1.5 hr. After check in - whole unit smelled of fish - toilets had urine on and under seat. - hair on bath floor and tub. - dirty towels found in bath cabinet - comforters were stained from previous occupant. - cups/pans/utensils put away dirty in cabinet -dishwasher left full. None of these things were oversight it was mostly in plain sight. When I contacted the management co. I asked to simply have our cleaning fee waived they advised I would only be credited 1/2 of cleaning fee. The Mgr. offered to have cleaning crew come in the next day. We declined informing mgr. that we had cleaned it already. I sent some pics. And she felt that there rebate of $100 was more than sufficient. The unit itself could be wonderful with the right company managing it and maybe normally it is. However, I will not stay at another unit managed by Sunset Properties ! Phoenix VII was wonderful just not our experience with Sunset. I wish I could reach out to the owners to explain -

Phoenix VII

All the other rental properties I have a rented supply coffee & shampoo. Probably my biggest complaint would be a 4pm check in and a 10am check out. With over $500 a night, those times don't even equal 2 full day. Little things like the above would drive me to go a completely different route next time.

Meet all our expectations

We enjoyed our family vacation at this property. Everything was in working order and all the pictures and written descriptions were 100% accurate. Great ocean view, comfortable accommodations. Every morning, we watched the dolphins play from our balcony.

Enjoyable vacation

Condo we good with enough space for all. Our overall experience was good. There was plenty to do if we chose. Large negative was the elevators, constantly waiting for one despite that there were being four of them.

Wonderful week of vacation 😊

The only suggestions to the owner would be to get cushions for the kitchen chairs and replace the comforters on the twin beds ( someone had previously stained and burned a hole in them). I did wash the sheets on those beds when we arrived because they had a bunch of hairs on them. On VRBO, the bedroom said “2 double beds” but when we arrived they were twin beds. It was fine for our group but may not be enough bedding for another group. “Thank you“ for sharing your condo with us!! We had a great relaxing week!!😊 Would love to stay there again!!

We loved being at Orange Beach. It wasn't crazy busy as most beaches have been when we have gone on vacation. Our family loved the condo. It was plenty of room for our family of 7. The condo was very clean and wonderful. We loved sitting on the balcony watching boats pass by.

Orange Beach Pheonix 7 Building

Overall this was a nice place and it had a great view! The weather was perfect most of the time that we were there too! We left a day early because the high winds and high water were kind of freaking me out (there was a storm that had blown toward Louisiana). There were a few minor things that weren't perfect, but it was not our house so we managed. We did buy new air filters for the HVAC because we have bad allergies and the existing one needed to be replaced. It would have been nice if there were a broom and mop at the property because we would have used them.

Perfect

The first thing we noticed when we entered this condo was how huge it is. There was no lack of space, walking down the halls, or in any of the bedrooms. The property has been renovated and seemed very luxurious. The view to the beach was spectacular. Every single morning I went out there before 6 AM just to watch the dolphins play, and watch the fishing boats go out. The sunrises were gorgeous from our balcony. As for the kitchen, there seem to be sufficient pots, pans, a blender, and a few other appliances that you can use at the beach. I would like to see more oven mitts and perhaps a little more organization in the utensils but we had everything we needed. Including pictures for ice tea etc. there is a barbecue pit down at the pool sufficient for four or five different families so that was cool too. You can walk right down to the pool or out to the beach right from your condo elevator. The phoenix has a selection of books in the lobby you can borrow and they have a fitness center which I found very sufficient and comfortable. Lastly, my husband and I prefer to lease or rent from this owner exclusively because we always get great service and have never had a problem in many years.
