This delightful, 5th floor 3 bedroom condo can comfortably accommodate a maximum of 10 guests within the 1796 square feet of beautifully appointed living space, making it an optimal size and layout for a group of friends or families. Sleeping arrangements include a King bed in the master bedroom, a King bed in the first guest room, and two full beds in the second guest room, along with a sleeper sofa in the living area, all of which will ensure a restful night's slumber before each new day of exciting Alabama excursions. The oversized luxury master suite offers private balcony access, large windows, spacious double vanity, sitting area, extra cabinets for storage, separate shower and a deep soaking jacuzzi tub. Each guest bedroom offers their own bathrooms with tub/shower combos.
Prepare a freshly cooked meal in the well-stocked kitchen showcasing stainless steel appliances and beautiful granite counter tops. There is also a counter high bar with 4 barstools and a table for 6 to enjoy your take-out or a home cooked meal. * PARKING: MAXIMUM of 2 vehicle per unit/per reservation, no exceptions the cost is $25 each - STRICTLY ENFORCED. You must display the parking pass on your driver's side front dash in plain sight during your stay. *PRICE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
*WRISTBANDS: Must be worn at all times while on property. You'll receive them when you purchase your parking pass.
* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Sands of Alabama rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have cleaning products or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a STARTER SET of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Please bring extras.

*CANCELLATION POLICY: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid minus the management fee. Guests who cancel less than 30 days prior to check-in will not receive a refund. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance, which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.
*TRAVEL INSURANCE: We strongly encourage you to purchase the optional travel insurance. Guests opting not to purchase travel insurance should be aware that no refund of your reservation deposit(s) will be available. Therefore, your entire booking payment is at risk.
