There was only about a spoonful of body wash in the shower and the maid never replaced it the 3 days I was there. Also there were black hairs on two towels that should have been clean as we hadn't used to them yet.

Ayres Hotel was our life saver! When we first landed in California, we originally booked our stay at a different hotel and it was awful! (Anaheim Executive Inn). We booked the rest of our stay with Ayres last second and the pricing wasn’t too bad. Once we got to Ayres, it was such good vibes and clean!! The staff were super nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and they have good breakfast every morning.

One of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in! The room was HUGE, so spacious and the beds were separated by a little partition, giving each side their own space. Tons of storage in the room, comfortable bed and pillows, good breakfast, and it had a huge bathtub and shower which I loved. My only complaint is that we couldn’t turn the AC on lower than 68 degrees, so the unit turned off anytime it got down to that temperature. So if you’re someone who likes it on for the noise, or who really likes a cold room, that is something to be mindful of. Also parking was free which was so nice even though it said there would be a fee. Hopefully it stays that way!

I have stayed at the Ayres Orange multiple times over the past few years and will keep coming back! First and foremost, the hotel is in a very convenient and easy-to-find location right off the freeway. It is also far enough away from Disney that the area feels less chaotic and congested, but is still just a short ride away from the parks. The hotel is great for those wanting a more relaxed, child-adjacent Disney experience. The staff were very kind, professional, and efficient. Check in and check out were a breeze. Our room was also very clean and spacious. My friend had never stayed here before and was very impressed with the quality of the hotel and amenities for the price. We were very pleased with the free WIFI, free hot and cold breakfast, and free parking (I was not charged for parking on 2/19/25 despite Expedia listing it as $15). Extra perks: 1) If you don’t plan to park your vehicle at Disney, you can access the ART shuttle in front of the ALO Hotel next door or you can take an Uber straight from the hotel. Both are easy, affordable options, but we found the Uber to be faster and more convenient (at least getting to the parks). Getting an Uber home was a bit more challenging, but not completely awful! 2) If you plan to visit the parks on the day of your check out, the hotel still provides complimentary luggage storage and free parking to you all day.

This is our second time staying at this location. The first time we stayed, we were on the first floor near the entrance and it was loud. I was woken up a few times by people walking down the hallway. This time we stayed on the 3rd floor near the end of the hallway and it was so much quieter. I could hear the people above us walking around but I think the person was just heavy footed. We will probably stay here again. Breakfast isn’t great, we didn’t care for it last time so we didn’t have it this time. The area feels safe and I wasn’t worried about my car. The entrance is pretty with a huge fireplace.

We stay here every time we go to Disney. Short drive but far enough away that it’s peaceful. Parking is free but I hear that might be changing and that is truly a shame. So @ayres and @alo please don’t be the hotel that charges for parking cuz you will loose my business.:(

The hotel is nicely decorated and feels secure. The front desk attendant, Oscar, was super friendly and kind, and relayed helpful information upon checking in. Our room was spacious and nicely decorated. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Our room had a huge soaker tub which was lovely after a long day at the parks! An easy drive from the Disneyland Resort! The breakfast in the morning was plentiful with scrambled eggs, bacon, pancakes, hash browns, fresh fruit and other baked goods. Also, plenty of seating in the breakfast room if you get there before the last hour (it ends at 10am) We will definitely stay here again! It would be nice to have one of the small green dot nightlights in the bathroom to help those of us who get up in the middle of the night not have to take our cell phone or turn on the overhead light in order to see what we are doing. Really a wonderful stay overall!
