“My girlfriend and I spent a weekend here for Valentine's Day, and it was perfect for our needs. It's very easily accessible and easy to get to from downtown Newburgh/Beacon. Phyllis was very communicative throughout our stay and super understanding of the winter weather coming in the morning we left. Everything is as listed and we really enjoyed ourselves here for a winter retreat!”

“The pictures in this listing completely misrepresented the neighborhood. We only spent about an hour in the VRBO but didn't feel safe there for several reasons. First of all, the room wasn't secure because it was opened up to the neighborhood through the upper floor that let out to the fire escape. Second of all there were large groups of people in the streets having block parties that made us feel like our rental car wasn't safe from vandalism or burglary.
