“Dawn was great with very fast response! The house was perfect and just what I needed to host my daughter's graduation gathering and hosting family. Only thing is the neighbors are very nosy and called the sheriffs 3 times about my gathering between the hours of 7pm-730pm, which was not very pleasant because no one was loitering in front of residence or hanging outside and everyone parked on one side not blocking driveways. Nor was the music super loud. Other than that everything was great!”

“The house was exactly like the pictures! The only thing that we didn’t like was that there were no TVs in any of the bedrooms. Other than that, loved it! ”

“Truly enjoyed our stay in this charming & cozy home from the 18th century. Love the unique furniture and decor. Very clean and great location for us as it was close to 285. The grocery store is only a three minute drive from the house. Would definitely stay again.”

“Communication and the check in process was seamless. Location is convenient to highways, food and a lot more. Price was very reasonable for the rental. From the outside it looks questionable but once inside is extremely roomy. Nice accomodations. TV has Hulu and other streaming services. Huge fenced in lot for the doggies. We have a 90lb Pitt and she loved to run. We will be back for sure. Gets a little chilly at night so bring a extra blanket. Till next time Jacksonville...”

“It was a great experience for my children and I bc this house was / used to be my family home…. My great grandparents home where my grandfather and other family members grew up and we had lots of family holidays!! It was wonderful to share that with my own children! Thank you!!”
