“We booked our accommodation at Marcotta Guest Suite through Expedia for May 2025, which clearly advertised free Wi-Fi. However, this was not the case. After repeatedly trying the provided password without success, we discovered that the suite didn’t even have a Wi-Fi modem or router. We reached out to the property manager, who apologized for the inconvenience and promised to contact the communications team to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Despite following up with him for the next two……
