Very clean, quiet property. Well maintained. Nice free breakfast daily. Excellent location directly across from Eagle Beach with reserved chairs and palapas. Only complaint is ice and water for guests must be provided by restaurant staff and often takes quite a while to get ice/water. An addition of an ice maker for property with water bottle refill station would be great. Otherwise, perfect stay.

Staff was nice and property was super clean. Breakfast was kinda a disappointment mostly bread and not much for protein. Super convenient for the beach and within walking distance to a few food spots. Fast and cheap cab ride down to the high rise to shops and lots of food spots. I would say my biggest complaint about the hotel would be the pool size is small and the restaurant doesn’t have a full bar but there is a place right across the street that has one so not the end of the world. Can’t beat it for the price!

I enjoyed my stay. The beach was across the street and was quiet. The staff was professional and friendly. The pool was only 2 1/2 feet for children. I wish they had a pool but since the beach was across the street, that is where we spent the majority of our time. I would visit again.

The location was great as it was literally across the street from Eagle Beach. The beach itself is gorgeous, but the resort does not have many palapas and people wake up at 6AM to claim them. Front desk always had a line, and seemed unsure. Was not informative of property amenities (had no idea breakfast was only til 10:30AM). The hotel is very small. The pool (not sure if I can call it that) is a baby pool with 2FT being deepest part. Not a walkable area to many restaurants or any night life. The shower soap dispenser and door had plastic pieces falling off. We were dropped off in the back and were not guided on where to go. Would not stay here again.

Room was small with only a small fridge (no microwave or kettle) and pool was a plunge pool not a full sized pool. Having said that the room and property was very clean, the staff was very friendly, efficient and attentive, the location was excellent directly across from the beach (beach chairs and towels provided), and excellent dining within walking distance. All considered, would happily return.

Perfect location on Eagle Beach for those who enjoy swimming in ocean and walks on beach. Although there is a pool it is tiny and really only good for dip in and out. Rooms are small, no coffee maker, but decent size refrigerator. There is daily breakfast included, great staff. Close to Chalet Suisse, our favorite restaurant on the island, pricey but exceptional!
