I didn’t like the food. I would stay there again but eat dinner off the resort. We went out for dinner the last night and it was amazing.

The views were amazing especially sunsets and sound of waves just footsteps from room. Was disappointed couldn’t access beach but short walk either direction there was an accessible swim area. The water was perfect and no rocks just some seaweed at times not terrible. Rooms are good size nothing fancy in bldg 18 water in sinks drained very slow and coffee maker was broken would have been nice to make coffee in the morning but wasn’t that big of deal. Cleaning ladies didn’t clean room 2 of the 6 days and heard others complain as well that there rooms weren’t being cleaned. We asked for fresh towels but the second time they never brought them after calling 3x. Just some minor annoyances but overall great stay. The restaurants were all good but we didn’t realize dinner buffet is only at sister hotel Divi and sometimes have to wait awhile for the golf cart to come and drop you back off. The bar at main pool had some good food we loved the thin pepperoni pizza. The chairs facing the ocean were so nice absolute gorgeous view! Last day discovered there were hammocks by the rock wall gym area missed out on that. The towel system is a pain you can’t get new beach towel without returning previous one only allowed 1 towel pp. The best part of this hotel is it’s not overwhelming everything is close and you just cannot beat the peaceful vibes and beauty. I didn’t want to have to fight for spot on beach, here you have your own private beach and plenty of chairs in front of every room.

This was our second stay and we enjoyed it very much, despite the changes to the entire beach area near our room-the rocks were not there eight years ago so we had to walk. Ways to get to the actual beaches. Also, the Tamarijn buffet should be open for all three meals, not just breakfast and lunch.

This is our second stay at the Tam and we will definitely be going back again. Staff, rooms, food, beach and pool options were fantastic. My wife and I enjoyed a few off site excursions as well.

This was our first trip to Aruba, and we are a bit disappointed, especially for the money you pay. I didn't like the food, the staff was not the nicest, and there were absolutely no snacks for the beach, nothing. The pizzas were mediocre, the nuggets were over-fried with oil smelling nasty, the juices were not fresh. The room was beach front but we had to take a shuttle to Divi everyday as the beach at our hotel sucked. I would not come back.

Their phone would not work and even tho calls didnt go through i still got charged for them. Noise wasnt too terrible until my final night there-there was a bar or club close to the resort blasting music until at least 1 or 2am in the morning. I was pissed, couldnt get much sleep due to that. Also, every morning, had to hear the leaf blower.I had an oceanfront view but the sand was covered with seaweed..divi beach was better. Food was mediocre.

We woke up and opened our door to our chairs and the waves crashing. Absolutely gorgeous! We had a couple bathing suits stolen over night that were left out drying and the resort helped us out and comped a couple suits from the gift shop. Super nice of them and we really appreciate it!

Would not recommend for the money you are spending. No mini bar in the rooms, cleaning service does not clean the rooms properly, no dinner buffet at the hotel, bartenders and service are very rude. The customer service lacks. Cleaning ladies are always hiding in the closets and bathrooms. Food at the lunch buffet is horrible, I got a stomach bug!!! Pool is not properly cleaned. Spend your money else where

The beach is beautiful and has a nice walking path all the way to the Divi. You need to make reservations for dinner 2 days in advance and you probably won’t get your first choice. They have a nice buffet for breakfast and lunch but there is no dinner buffet. There are no healthy snacking stations with for example fruit, cheese, crackers. Between meals you can get bar food like nachos, burgers, fried food. They have very limited options for activities during the day like aerobic classes, volleyball, games, etc. The staff was great.

Towels people make a big deal out of it , they make you feel you need to beg them very time you need a towel ( if you don’t return a old one they won’t let you get a new one ) … this is a stupid policy need to be eliminated… other then that things are good there .

We really thought that the beach at the Divi was perfect. Our room was adequate at the Tamarijn and loved how close the pool was. We loved the water bottles and being able to fill and not waste plastic. The resort really impressed us with linen for napkins, reusable bottles, draft beer, and no straws. The service was fantastic from the front desk, bellman, shuttle drivers, servers, bartenders, house keeping, and anyone we encountered. We would go again in a heartbeat!

The resort was nice. Dining options were okay. My husband stepped on a scorpion fish on our first day, and had to go to the hospital (it's been 3 weeks, still not healed). This happened to 4 other people the week we were there. The resort needs to warn people and suggest wearing water shoes.
