This charming 36 m² apartment in Orcières features two bedrooms and accommodates up to six guests, making it perfect for families or small groups. Situated at the foot of the ski slopes, the apartment offers stunning mountain views and immediate access to winter sports. The property is equipped with modern amenities, including Wi-Fi, a TV, electric heating, and a private balcony. Guests can enjoy a communal heated swimming pool, an elevator for easy access, and open-air parking in the adjoining building. Please note that pets are not allowed. Located in a prime family-friendly zone, the apartment is just 100 meters from the ski resort, ideal for skiing and snowboarding enthusiasts. The city center is only 200 meters away, offering a variety of restaurants, cafés, and local shops. A supermarket, 500 meters from the property, provides convenient access to groceries and essentials. The surrounding mountainous area also offers great opportunities for hiking, cycling, and other outdoor activities, making this apartment an excellent base for year-round adventure. Terrasses de la Bergerie

Résidence très bien située, au pied des remontées et proche commerces et restaurants.Logement qui a besoin d'être rénové hormis la salle de bain. La cuisine ne permet pas de cuisiner pour une semaine en famille et cafetière filtre.Literie très confortable.
