Property needs some TLC. Kitchen faucet knob leaks, Refrigerator doesn’t close/seal. Thin bedding and no extra bedding/blankets. Handprints all over windows.

Very nice front desk staff. The room is very spacious with fantastic view of the ocean. Beds and bathroom are clean. Walking distance to the beach. Thank you for having us!

Room overlooking ocean was incredible. Slept like babies with the windows open hearing the waves. Room was spacious. The beach below is beautiful. Only bummer was the hot tub was broken- which was the only reason I booked this property.

We booked an ocean front corner room expecting to have ocean views. We arrived at dark and couldn't see the ocean and woke up early and looked out and just thought we were fogged in but the seals in EVERY (5) windows were broken and the windows were opaque! On an ocean front room! Paid for a view but didn't get one! Room 115.

Was to be in 1 room and we arrived it was a complete total mess. Black stuff on curtains fireplace door missing pins blinds broken with broken slats so others can see in buckling floor. And when I brought manager over to look at things at first was told that they had new owners and if I wanted to get changed to a new room I would have to play more. I pushed the card of changing my room and proceeded to show the electrical safety issues and that anyone could look in walking on the street into the bed room she did end up putting us in a different room. The other room needed some work but was a lot better than the last. This place really needs an over haul before someone gets hurt

Very disappointing. The pool was closed. Room needed maintenance. Both chairs on balcony were broken with no replacement, balcony rail was raw wood with what looked like black mold. Window frame was rotted and heater rusted. One window couldnt see thru due to condensation and mold. Slider streaked with big white spots. The freezer was dirty. Shower rod was pulled away from wall at both sides. Shade on lamp was broken. Light bulb burned out. Expensive and so disappointing.

We were booked for two nights in a non ocean view room, however upon checking in the front desk stated she could upgrade us to an ocean view room for free. Which she did and was very kind, however the room had a terrible cigarette smell. So we did go back to ask her to move us. She was again kind and willing to accommodate. However the 2nd room was falling apart and very dirty. The shower handle was hanging off the wall. The bed skirt had and floors were covered in stains and frankly didn’t seem to have been cleaned in a while. The cigarettes smell was still in the room. We opted to only stay for one night and emailed the office to see if we could be refunded for the second night. As we left the next morning we had not gotten a response about getting a refund, and the lady at the desk said they saw our message and the manager should be trying to reach out later that day. I have yet to receive any response and it has been several days. I’m extremely disappointed by the professionalism and overall cleanliness of this hotel. Will not be returning

Property was overall well kept and furniture was a little rough but the property will be going under a remodel soon so hopefully our next stay will be a bit more comfortable. Property staff is super nice and the beach access was convenient. Gave 4 stars because the pillows were flat, dining table wasn’t stable where the extended flaps curved down and you couldn’t set any weight on them.

The hot tub is wonderful with ocean view. The staff are friendly and helpful. But the room needs new paint and deep cleaning. And new pillows are needed.

Our room was spacious and clean. Excellent ocean views. Very friendly desk staff. The room was in bad shape, with corroded fixtures, splotchy paint, and moldy window sills. There were no hooks or rods to hang towels or wet clothes in the bathroom. Water pressure in the shower was very weak. Spacious closet area, but only 4 hangers provided. The pool was nice and warm, but very miserable to supervise your kids because there are no lounge chairs to sit in. Unfortunately the cover for the hot tub completely obstructs the view while you are in the hot tub. There were weird plastic bits floating in the hot tub water (I think they were flaking off of the cover, but not entirely sure). The hot tub was a good size, but the jets didn't work very well. Overall this location has pros and cons and whether you want to stay here entirely depends on your priorities. I would give another place a try before I would return here, but I wouldn't totally write it off. The desk staff shared with me that a new owner was taking over the day that we checked in, and has plans to update the run down rooms.
