“First time in Grass Valley and the Gold Miner's Inn was a very nice hotel with friendly staff, very clean rooms, great breakfast variety and loved the free coffee / hot water in the lobby. The mattress was a little too firm for my taste but I slept well both nights we were there.”

“We stayed here for about a week and we really enjoyed it. The only thing we had issue with was the TV not really working properly, but that really didn’t bug us, and when we took showers, we had to make sure the door was closed because if not, the fire alarm would go off and the water wouldn’t be that hot. The staff there is very friendly and very nice. Nick the manager help us a lot and a very sweet dude”

“Their were two young women at the desk that went above and beyond their duties to make are stay wonderful for us.”

“When we first got to our room there was a strong smell of cigarettes. Fortunately the staff was able to move us into another room and all was well. Room was clean and compact, and the bed was very comfortable. ”

“The only negative was actually finding the hotel. We could see the building, but finding access to its parking lot was a different story. GPS didn't really help either. There was not adequate signage on the streets to help us navigate through the various parking lots of other businesses to find the Hampton Inn. It took us some trial and error.”

“Staff was excellent and regularly asked if they could help with a variety of tasks.”
