“The only thing wrong was the card reader on the door didn’t work properly. When i first went to het into the room it took about 20 card slides for it to work. Then in the morning i went down for breakfast and it didn’t work at all so went back to the lobby and got new keys made, still didn’t work so went back down to the lobby and the frobtdesk staf came with me with his door reader and let me in. “Checkin was fine, Ron sent us a text with the necessary information. I would suggest an email be also sent for those foreign visitors who may not have a US calling plan. The room was as expected, very clean, modern, the bed was good and the room has a couch which was nice. Room 15 was very quiet. Upon checkin we discovered we were missing a bath towel and the smoke detector battery was low so it chirped. Ron quickly sent someone to rectify the problem. I would suggest a hand towel be……

“What an amazing home! We loved staying at this centrally located, very well appointed and CLEAN home. We had a busy few days and it was the perfect place to come back to relax and unwind. Furnishings and beds were comfortable. We didn’t have time, but this would be an amazing home to hang out at. The family room has video games and there’s a swing set in the backyard. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!! ”

"The hotel’s floor soundproofing is terrible. The thumping sounds from people walking upstairs and next door are like thunder. I was rudely awakened before 10 a.m. by a staff member knocking on the door, wanting to come in and clean the room. The funniest part is, when I arrived at the hotel at 2 a.m. to check in, I found someone in the room I was given. Fortunately, the room had a safety lock on the inside. Of course, when I went back to get a new room, the lady in that room also went to complain."
