Welcome to Ti Sable, a superb sea-view apartment in the fully renovated Alamanda residence, one of St. Martin's most sought-after locations.

This elegantly decorated apartment is ideally appointed for your comfort.

It features a master bedroom with a view of the pool and garden, a dressing room and a very large bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower.

Le Ti Sable boasts a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, an office area and a warm, cocooning living space opening onto a superb terrace.

Wonderful Stay!

We loved the location of this property - it's directly across the road from beautiful Orient Beach. Mornings would consist of coffee and fresh chocolate croissants on the large patio - doesn't get much better! The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable and communication with Sarah was a pleasure.The overall location on the beach allows for daily walks on the beach with many options for lunch and dinner just a few steps away.In addition, while there are so many dining options within walking distance, you are also only a short drive from Anse Marcel - which shouldn't be missed!While is was difficult to leave, we look forward to a return visit!

Always too short!

Second year in a row staying in this condo and it is very nice. Clean, well equipped with amenities and very convenient to great food, a bakery for croissants every morning, the beach and groceries. A quick drive from the airport. Communications with Sarah and easy and timely. Highly recommend the condo, except on those weeks when we want to rent it.

Perfect stay on Orient Bay

We had a perfect stay at Ti Sable. Sarah- our host-was quickly responsive to any questions. The apartment was perfect for my husband and I with a good view of the beach from our patio. The residence was very clean and well cared for. This was our first stay on the French side and we were so happy that Orient Village was literally a 2 minute walk away with at least 10 restaurants to pick from. The pool was great also with hardly anyone there- felt like my own private pool. Highly recommend this property!! We will be back.

Anniversary trip to St. Martin

My wife and I had a wonderful stay on Orient Beach. The condo was exactly as described and the location was perfect for morning beach walks and Orient Bay Village for meals. Sarah was a wonderful host! Would definitely stay here again.

Orient Beach

We loved this rental! Sarah was so personable and responsive. Great communication. We have stayed in many VRBO’s and this place is was very nice for two people. Very short walk to dine and the beach was right across the road. The grounds were immaculate. The place offers a cozy feel and it’s quiet. We drove all over the island and didn’t feel it was difficult at all. The motorcycles whip around you pretty quickly! Most roads aren’t marked but using Google maps proved to be quite helpful and accurate. No safety or security issues anywhere.

We have stayed in many condos but this apartment was absolutely the best. Steps from the beach, restaurants and market all within walking distance. We did explore the island but you could stay here and never leave the property. It has everything! Thank you to Sarah for being so welcoming and catering to all our needs. We have already talked about a return stay!

Excellent Accommodations

The property is in a perfect location walking distance to many great restaurants and good options. Beach is literally 30 yards away. Plenty of parking and the unit we stayed in was newly renovated and offered great space and views. The pool is nice if you want a break from the beach. The furnishings are great and the private patio area is perfect. Sarah was great and is always available if needed. Absolutely recommend and will definitely be booking again when we are able to visit the island again. You won’t be disappointed!!

Paradise

The property was beautifully decorated and very clean. The location was perfect; the patio faced the beautiful Orient Bay Beach and we could watch the kite and wind surfers while enjoying a meal or drink. Restaurants and grocery were very nearby. Sarah was very patient with us, as we had difficulty finding the property without knowledge of the island and GPS, but we thoroughly enjoyed our 10 day stay in St. Martin. Highly recommend!

A Slice of Paradise in Orient Bay

During our recent stay in Orient Bay, we had the pleasure of experiencing Sarah's exquisite unit, and it was truly a gem. Situated just steps away from the pristine Orient beach, the unit was immaculate and exuded a sense of freshness and newness that added to the overall experience. From the stylish decor to the thoughtful amenities provided, every detail was meticulously curated to ensure an enjoyable stay. One of the highlights was its prime location directly across from the beach. The convenience of being able to easily access the beach whenever desired added immense value to our stay. Waking up to the sight of the azure waters and powdery sands was an absolute delight, making it easy to indulge in leisurely strolls and refreshing dips in the sea throughout the day. Additionally, the nearby restaurants around the corner were truly amazing. From local cuisine to international delicacies, there was something to satisfy every palate. It was incredibly convenient to have such a variety of dining options within a 30 second walk, allowing us to indulge in delicious meals without having to venture far from our accommodation. Overall, I would highly recommend this unit. Whether you're seeking a relaxing beach getaway or hoping to experience the culinary delights of Orient Bay, this property offers the perfect combination of comfort, and convenience. It's an experience we won't soon forget, and I'm already looking forward to returning in the future.

Beautiful!!

Sarah went out of her way for us and she now scores as our favorite host in VRBO! Apartment still feels brand new. Great bay views, across the street from the beach and located adjacent to a village of over 15 restaurants and markets within a two minute walk. Nothing like fresh croissants for breakfast in the porch overlooking the water !! Excellent two week stay here.

Beautiful space Amazing location

We stayed for a week in February and had a wonderful time. From the communication prior to the trip, to the first meeting when we arrived and any other questions we had while we were there - Sarah was great! The space if lovely, the bed very comfortable (firm), the bathroom and living spaces well appointed, kitchen had everything you need and the patio, pool and views FANTASTIC. Can not say enough good things. We will be going back next year!

Perfect Stay

We had the best time at Sarah’s Orient Beach apartment! This is truly an unbeatable location, directly across from the beach and just a 2 minute walk to shops, restaurants, and the local store. There is ample parking directly outside, making loading and unloading easy. The complex has a lovely pool, though we spent our days on the beach. The anpartment itself was exactly as pictured, superbly clean and well equipped. We had breakfast on the patio most mornings and watched the sunrise. Sarah had the kitchen stocked with basics, including bottles of water and coffee pods for the Nespresso. The Wi-Fi worked very well, I was able to attend a virtual work meeting without issue. Sarah herself was so kind, welcoming, and available to answer any questions. She even stocked the apartment with beach chairs and an umbrella for us after we’d inquired if there were any or if we should purchase some on the way in. We cannot recommend Sarah’s place enough and we’re greatly looking forward to our next stay!

Great Apartment, Great Location

My spouse and our 8 month old stayed at Ti Sable for 5 nights. The apartment was clean, had everything we needed and had high quality finishes inside. The complex (Alamanda Beach Residence) was also clean (including the pool), quiet, and felt secure (all entrances requiring key fob or code). The pool was great because the waves in orient bay were a little rough for the baby when we were there, but he went in at nearby Grand Case beach. The apartments location is great, directly in front of the beach and 100 meters to the Place Du Village. Orient bay itself is a good location. It has great restaurants and beach clubs, but its also quiet, peaceful and relaxing. We really enjoyed visiting Grand Case (which is a 10 minute drive away), but would stay in Orient Bay again because it’s more mellow. Sarah was super pleasant, helpful and easy going. She was great to coordinate with. We would stay at Ti Sable again and are already thinking about next winter!

Absolutely Fabulous - Even Better Than Expected!

9th time to the island and our 1st time staying in Orient Bay; definitely not our last. We will try to book this unit with Sarah again! Sarah was a fantastic host, communication was great and she was quick to answer any questions we had. Top notch in every way! The unit was impeccably clean, well appointed and while we were concerned about the first floor view, I can assure it was not an issue at all. Plenty of spots where you can see the ocean while eating at the table or hanging out in the seating area. Room for a drying rack for our towels. Morning breakfast and evening drinks were spent outside on the porch. The property is very secure with gated access from the parking lot and from the beach area. This unit has an exit to the parking lot that made loading and unloading the car even more convenient. The pool is super close and while we did not use it, we did check it out and it was a very nice facility with a zero entry shallow end. One thing that we loved very much about this location was how close it was to the amazing restaurants and small shops. Local grocery was reasonably priced and we used it daily. Good Morning bakery for coffee, croissants and baguettes each morning. Dinners we walked literally to the back of the building and ate delicious meals every night. This unit is fantastic and it is with great confidence that I recommend it to you. We will be back! Thank you Sarah!
