“I wasn’t happy that the elevator was broke and had been for 3 weeks. Another person I knew staying there stated that they found bed bugs in a room. Mine was fine, however, still unsettling. The bathroom trim, you could see where it wasn’t fixed correctly. Also, the toilet handle was broken and you had to hold the handle to flush the toilet. The pull out, had crumbs on the mattress, which was extremely bad and painful with the springs (even for kids). ”

“After getting back to hotel after dinner, my room smelled horrible. It was like someone had fried something in old oil. All rooms have kitchens. The front desk immediately gave me key to a different room that was great. They actually gave me the new key and let me keep the old do I could move my belongings. Great service. ”

“All the staff was terrific. Especially Leilani and the front desk manager thank you for a nice stay.”

“The front desk staff was amazing. Room was clean, bathroom had dirt under vanity. But the issue was we woke up to a clogged toilet. The girl at the front desk had only been there a few days working. So she wasn’t sure what to do. She tried getting ahold of maintenance on call and management and was unsuccessful. She was going to move us to another room, However I couldn’t see changing room for 3hrs. Packing up and then to do it all over again. I ended up going to get a plunger from the front……
