“We were very pleased with the property. We brought our 25’ center console and was able to maneuver it and park at the dock. Water depth at the dock is around 3-4’ depending on which way the wind is blowing. The water depth varied between 4-5” in the 3 days we were there but was still plenty for the boat. “The only problem with leaving an honest review is that it undermines the likelihood that this home will be available when I want to book it again. What a fabulous home! It is clean, quaint, nicely apportioned, and it sits right on the water! Being an avid fisherman, I spent my four days catching redfish, croakers and flounder. (One afternoon, a family of otters were transfixed on my every move.) I even prepared a lovely seafood dinner to enjoy while taking in the gorgeous sunset. And, did I……

Wether it was helping me select a new date or the emails about the incoming storm they were professional in every sense of the word. The cottage was excellent!! Very quiet with great views of the water. It was nice to float around in the pool and relax with my family.
