Large 2 Bedroom Apartment - Private Garden- 10 Min from La Zenia Beach/Boulevard

A large 2 bedroom apartment with private garden located in the heart of La Zenia. The apartment also features 2 double bedrooms, spacious lounge, separate dining room, fitted kitchen, terrace & bathroom. The garden is fully enclosed making it perfect for dogs and features an outdoor dining area and barbecue. Guests also have access to the huge communal swimming pool and also there is also a huge communal barbecue area.

The apartment is located just a 10 minute walk from the beautiful La Zenia beach and also a 10 minute walk from La Zenia Boulevard which is a shoppers haven with all the major retailers like Zara, Primark, H&M, Jack Jones,Mango, Pull & Bear and many many more. The Boilevard also features restaurants for every budget, nightly entertainment, bars, children's activity areas, bowling alley & other leisure activities dependent on the time of year.

There are also lots and lots of bars & restaurants located on the doorstep of the property and there is a huge supermarket within a 2 minute walk of the property.

fantastic stay

The apartment was lovely and clean , we loved the outside sitting area. We had a welcome pack left which was lovely and roz the lady who welcomed us was fantastic too & they arranged airport run for us too which helped. definitely would love to stay again was near shops & restaurants and shopping mall.

Fantastic 4 day stay

Greated on arrival by the lovely Roz who showed us around the apartment, the appartment has everything u need for a comfortable stay, the outdoor area is fantastic with lots of seating, the appartment block is spotless and is in a fantastic area with a large supermarket bars and restaurants all within the doorstep, we had a great stay here and will definitely return.

Nous avons passés un merveilleux séjour. La propriété louée est propre et très fonctionnelle. Il y a tout le nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour. Concernant l’environnement, on est très bien situé. A proximité de la plage, du centre commercial la zenia pour une virée shopping, avec un accès rapide a l’autoroute pour des escapades plus lointaines. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par l’hôte qui a pris le temps de nous expliquer le fonctionnement des différents éléments de la propriété. Nous recommandons fortement et ne manquerons pas d’y revenir.

Family stay with adult kids

The apartment was clean and comfortable for 4 adults. The location close to beach, shops including supermarkets and bars/cafes was great and no need to have a car. The pool area was also really well maintained and kept clean. It never seemed to get too busy. We appreciated the shade in the garden during the afternoon which also meant that the inside stayed cooler. Our stay was really peaceful and so easy to relax sitting on the terrace. We enjoyed a day trip out from a coach company that picked up just outside the complex. Communication with Russell was great and he arranged for our taxi transfers from the airport which made everything so smooth. The apartment was well equipped.

Precioso apartamento

Hemos pasado 10 días con nuestros dos niños. El apartamento es como en las fotos, el patio es fantástico!! Grande y da la sombra prácticamente todo el día. Tiene ventiladores de techo que se agadecen mucho. La urbanización es muy tranquila y la piscina está genial. Se puede ir andando a la playa de la zenia y al centro comercial Zenia boulevard. Los únicos contras, son la cafetera que a veces ni funciona, coge la cápsula y no sale café y luego no deja reutilizarla, al precio que están porque solo acepta marca tassimo. La cama de matrimonio es algo incómoda y la casa podría haber estado más limpia sobre todo en zonas como debajo del sofá o de las camas. En cuanto al propietario y a Roz, a pesar de que es complicado comunicarse sin saber español, han sido muy amables. Nos dejaron entrar antes el día de llegada y pudimos utilizar la piscina el día de salida. Muchas gracias por unas vacaciones increíbles!!

We had a great week staying at the apartment. The children loved it, especially because of the pool so close to the apartment. We loved the possibility to sit outside in the garden area in ther morning and evening. It was a very calm and nice area. We were five, so one too many for the apartment, but it didn't feel crowded anyway because of the sofa bed in the living room. The beach isn't very close but it is excellent. Because of the pool we only went there once; by car for the children's sake. Very nice sandy beach. The host was very quick in communication and during the stay it was easy to keep in touch through WhatsApp. Thanks for everything! Cordially, Martin Book
