“The apartment is very quiet, spacious, tidy and clean. The reception is very friendly and helpful. We got all the information from the desk since day 1 we checked in. There’s 24 hours emergency hotline, We found that there’s no hot water at the mid-night. We called the emergency hotline, immediately someone came to fix the problem within few minutes. It’s a wonderful experience and definitely we will come again.”

We had some flight changes and he was very responsive via WhatsApp. Location near to Porta Nuova train station is extremely convenient, yet also very quiet. Shower: plenty of hot water & good pressure. Beautiful private rooftop patio. Kitchenette was stocked with any dishes/glasses/basics you might need. Luca provided window blocks to make the room darker if desired.……

“The Residence is in a restricted traffic area, so you can't directly drive to it without a permit. Our navigation system was not able to find the address and we had to enter a different one nearby and then walk to the residence (about 500m). The rooms are very nice Italian style and the staff is very friendly, including the restaurant. The food and service in the restaurant was great.”
