Nice stay just a few hiccups

Overall enjoyed staying here, was clean and had everything we needed. It does need a little face lift in some areas such as the rusted shower rods and hooks, and the stairwell carpet needs to be replaced. Our check-in process was delayed with miscommunication, but was finally able to get in touch with Sonia. After that we had no issues. The dishwasher needed to be reset and bolted to the counter frame because it wouldn’t start but Sonia had that fixed while we were there. The security at the guard shack was very thorough and felt overall safe.

February in Florida

Very roomy, had more bedrooms than i needed. Close to Disney and kayaking at the park on 219 two miles away. The unit could use some TLC as some of the base trim was worn, ran out of hot water for the whirlpool tub, as far as showering it was ok. This was my first B&B so everything worked outMy agent ( Sonia ) was so awesome in keeping me informed and taking care of any problems. I will be in touch with her on my next trip
