My place is close to Disney Parks (20/25 minutes drive) and many other Orlando attractions (Universal Studios is 40/45 minutes drive), restaurants, family-friendly activities, great views. You’ll love this beautiful townhouse inside a luxury SPA resort with a 24 Hrs Front Desk.
My townhouse is well kept and maintained by a team of professionals from Private Management. It has 3 bedrooms (1 master) in the second floor with smart TV's and 2 large bathrooms. Downstairs, a large fully equipped kitchen, dining/living room, 1/2 bathroom and laundry. There is a patio on the back. The clubhouse at the resort has lots or recreational areas (swimming pool, hot tub, lazy river, water slide, gym, playground, BBQ), restaurant and bar. Towels are provided at the clubhouse near the pool area. You can find out more about the resort by visiting Regal Palms website. IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU BOOK: IF YOU BOOKED BEFORE MAY 8, 2025, the Resort imposes a DAILY FEE of $22.40 USD (per house not per person), This fee is directly paid to the Resort at check-in. RESERVATIONS MADE AFTER MAY 8, 2025 already include the Resort in the price you pay to VRBO.
This is house is self-catered. Each bathroom will be provided with one toilet paper roll and basic toiletries. Three garbage bags and basic cleaning supplies will be provided in the kitchen. Any additional items you may need can be purchased at the grocery store near the Resort.
REGAL PALMS POLICIES
INCIDENTALS: Each reservation will require a $100 incidental hold that is to be placed on a credit card at the time of check in. (This is to secure the return of the wrist bands and the pool towel cards). At the time of check out the $100 hold will have returned to the credit card on file once all items have been returned to the front desk. NOTE: It may take 3 to 5 business days for the funds to reflect on your statement for credit cards or 5 to 10 business days for debit cards.
CREDIT CARDS: They accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover & Diner Club. All credit cards provided at check-in time are required to be EMV enable (chipped). Any credit card that is not equipped with a chip will not be accepted. They do not recommend the use of prepaid debit or credit cards due to the authorization release process being much quicker on credit cards than debit cards and prepaids.
NO PARTIES: The mission statement is: "Provide an enjoyable experience for our guests" It is impossible for our guests to enjoy their time with us if another guest and their friends are partying and making noise next door. If a party is suspected, security will be notified, and guests may be fined $250. Let's be kind to our fellow guests, and don't party.
PARKING: Parking is permitted only on the designated driveway· 3 vehicles max per home. Parking is not allowed on the street or on the grass to prevent damage to the irrigation, sprinklers and utilities lines. Trailers, RVs, and oversize vehicles are not permitted inside the community. Overnight parking outside the designated driveway is $10 per night, per utilized parking space and is available at the clubhouse (must obtain pass). Any vehicle that is in violation of this policy may be towed at the owner's expense.
