For the money it was fine. We just needed to shower and sleep. The tub wasn’t very clean so we just wore our flip flops in there. I do in any hotel regardless. The bathroom was definitely a 2 on the score card. The safe didn’t work so we just took everything with us. The beds were comfortable and clean. There isn’t an exhaust fan in the bathroom so it gets mildew. Nothing really serious. It’s convenient and close to everything. The pool was nice too.

El personal si bien hay unos bien amables hay otros empleados que son groseros. Pero lo que no me gustó fueron las habitaciones o al menos la que me tocó a mí , estaba muy maltratada , falta de mantenimiento , algunas cosas rotas y la limpieza no era muy buena , se apreciaba sobre todo en el baño y el lavamanos el cual tenía un poco de moho en todo alrededor lo cual no me hizo sentirme a gusto. He ido otras veces a este hotel y me encantaba y ya hacía año y medio que no iba y creo sinceramente no regresaré, deberían darle mantenimiento a las habitaciones, la piscina es espectacular la vista pero sin embargo se notaba falta de limpieza en el jacuzzi al lado de la piscina se nota lo sucio y la grasa de las personas pegadas a las paredes, deberían cepillar todas las mañanas. No fue muy placentera la estancia la verdad. No volveré

I wrote a detailed review earlier. First 2 nights, terrible. The tower was loud and dirty, very disrespectful guests staying there, outside the rooms, drinking and smoking until late. After complaining I was moved to another room far from The tower and it was a lot better. Staff were nice and helpful. Rooms clean.

I was disappointed with my stay. The beds were very uncomfortable, and you’re required to request housekeeping 24 hours in advance, which was inconvenient. The rooms were extremely basic and stripped down—definitely not what the photos online portrayed. Overall, the experience didn’t meet expectations.

The photos advertised for this property are incredibly misleading. The room looked nothing like what was shown online—more reminiscent of a Super 8 Motel than a resort. I was extremely disappointed with the overall experience. Upon arrival, the remote control was missing, and it took far too long for the staff to bring a replacement. One of the light fixtures didn’t work, the air conditioner was both loud and leaking, and there was no comforter on the bed. The bathroom was far from clean—especially the floors—and the toilet was leaking with brown residue around its base. I had to put towels down to walk around, and they ended up stained. The entire room’s floor was dirty and clearly needed a proper bleach mopping. To make things worse, our room was never cleaned during our stay, even after we called to report these problems. The only response we got was a delivery of fresh towels, which felt completely inadequate given the condition of the room. The overall cleanliness and maintenance were well below any acceptable standard. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The only redeeming quality is its location, which is likely the only reason guests book here. I truly regret staying at this property and wish I could get my money back. Expedia really needs to be ashamed to list this hotel as an option.

I made reservation for 2 queen beds. When arrive the rep didn’t verify I was under the assumption she knew got our keys with family of 4 we left to our room on the 11th floor only to find one queen bed came back again to the same rep got us the right room with 2 beds. We went out got back at midnight didn’t bother to complain it’s late kids want to sleep after long day. I took a shower in a clogged bath tub water was up to my ankle. Disappointed for the price I paid didn’t expect this kind of service.

I stayed with my family on a weekend, it semed nice. Unfortunately there were a few things i disliked, there eas a lot of ana smoking on the premises of the building i was at, one night there was myltiple police officers at the building and many guest where wandering why. An unfortunate insident happened during my stay, there was glass inside de pool and my daughter cut the bottom of her foot, i reported it immediately to front desk with the glass on hand, and they only gave me bandages and didn't take any other actions. The next day was check out and i mentioned the situation to a very nice manager Mrs. White and then she made a report of the incident on paper and called paramedicts to check on my daughters wound, something that should've been done the moment i went to report it.She apologize as no one made a note on the situation, even me telling front thesk to make a note. Also as of this moment its been a week and i still havent gotten back the deposit i gave for the stay that was suposed to be returned within 3 to 5 days.

We stayed 7 nights and never recieved housekeeping. No updated towel, no trash removal, nothing. I requested it after 2 days and was told id have to pay extra, but the person i spoke couldnt tell me the price. I requested the next day and was told I had to request it 24 hours in advance. I asked the next day and was told "we will try". We used the same towel set for 8 days 7 nights . Most people just threw there trash outside on the sidewalk. So that was gross all week The pool opens at 7am but pool towels are not provided till 11am The bar is only open a few hours a day. The cafe doesnt allow you to charge to the rokm, so you have to ccarry your cards with you to pool if you want to get any food or drink while at the pool. This is not a resort. Its a motel with multiple.buildings.

This property is newly taken over by Wyndham and it show there are still thinks that they need to get up to their standers like when I checked in room I was assigned to the TV was broken so we had to get assigned to another room, but the bathrooms are super small. You can barely turn around in there to take a shower or use the bathroom or anything you have to step to the side of the toilet just to close the bathroom door. The pool was wonderful. They do charge a resort fee that I feel like it’s OK price for what you’re getting for it the bar is wonderful. They have an outside bar as well. There’s a game room all in all I feel for the price that I paid. I had a good experience. I didn’t come across any issues that weren’t resolved right away, but I do feel like their housekeeping needs to be revamped because they only do housekeeping every five days unless you request 24 hours in advance housekeeping should at least be done every three days.
