The property was fun because it had a lot of pools. It was very old and rundown. The only part I did not like is you could not relax without being harassed by salesman trying to get you on there on their timeshare scams which my daughter fell for that’s the reason why we stayed here it ruined two of our days of vacation. It’s a total scam. Do not do it other than that, I think I will stay here again.

Place was dirty, feet were black from the dingy carpet. Had to get my own cleaning supplies to clean it and wash the comforter myself the first night I was there. The pool area is nice and most staff was friendly. All my clothes smell mildewy now. I wouldn’t go out of my way to stay there again. It was just ok.

If I could rate no stars I would, there was dead bugs, food on the back of the door, the ceiling fans had caked dust on them, the toilet ran the entire stay, you could also hear everything, people talking, toilets flushing, horrible

Loved the pool area with a Tiki bar. Only 1 of 5 area grills was functional. Property perimeter was open. It was difficult to reach the front desk for help, when we did they were very nice.

We felt the water in the pools didn’t appear to be clean. When we called front desk to ask to have our TV fixed , the front desk picked up, put us on hold without saying a word, then blocked our room phone , which never worked again until we went to the front desk to inform them, the next day then the phone was working when we returned to our room .

Well, the front check in was wonderful. Go to pick up your parking ticket and watch out because the guy is going to try to "save" you money on tickets... its a time share property. Was under the impression it was close to the office where the pretty properties are... nope, behind the hotels parking lot to get to it. Grounds are pretty. No hot breakfast which expedia lists. They do have a little store that serves stwrbucks pizza drinks etc... they also have the golf clubs and balls for mini golf but if your kid loses one in the bushes of theirs too thick to dig out, its going to cost you $5. I chose this resort for the gym It was nowhere newr our site. You would have to drive or walk across streets to get to main office building. The room was very outdated furniture. Great tub and mattress though. The base boards had been coated with many years of paint overs and even the microwave door had a huge crack in it. The coffee pot was an old old coffee pot that was not cleaned correctly and i just got the dark bibe instead of bright sunny Kind of worried we might get bedbugs type feeling when we entered. If you are planning on someone sleeping on the couch, don't! Its old furniture even the chair had arm pads, you know like grandma and grandpa used to have back in the day. Tvs were nice but my kid was like i cant watch youtube. It was nice enough qnd we didn't get bugs and the pools were nice and grounds well keptbut unit obviously could use updating.
