I’ve been to Orlando nearly 10 times, and this is by far the most expensive yet most disappointing hotel I’ve stayed at. Don’t be fooled by the promotional photos—if you’re looking for a comfortable, quality stay, this isn’t it. The room wasn’t terrible, but absolutely not worth the price—more like a motel than a proper hotel. Only one slow elevator for the entire building, the other was out of service the entire time,so there were always lines. The room was small, damp, and had a strange smell. The coffee machine worked on and off, and the AC was loud and likely unclean—I woke up with a sore throat. The location is isolated—you need a car to go anywhere. Worst of all, one front desk staff (a woman wearing a mask) was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I lightly cleared my throat, she snapped at me to cover my mouth in a harsh tone. If she’s so uncomfortable around guests, she shouldn’t be working in hospitality.

We had a language barrier from the time we checked in. They speak Indian/English or no English at all.They only clean the rooms every 3 days. We prepaid 4 nights and only stayed 3 days so our rooms were never refreshed. Since we left one day early, we were told they're policy was not to refund the 4th night. Very disappointed !!

First time here. Both beds sheet and comforter where damp as of they where not completely dry before putting on the beds. In addition, there was no transfer of information on how it turn on the bathroom lights. Apparently you have to your key card to do so. We found that out in the morning when I complained about showering in the dark. In addition to no bathroom lights that night, when we had no hot water! The parking lot is also not large enough for hotel guests so once those 30 spots are full. You will have to park in a business parking lot with no security or view from your room. Needless to stay I will not be coming back.

Pictures make it seem nicer than what it is in person. The front desk staff needs to show better hospitality to guest. They aren’t saying anything unprofessional or unkind but they also don’t seem happy doing their job either. The shower has a little opening that the water just pours out into the rest of the bathroom, they def should consider to have the rubber stopper go all the way down the glass doors. Also, the toliet isn’t so secure, the seat moves which is annoying. The keurig in the room we were in also didn’t work. I filled the machine with water and nothing came out…so much for complimentary coffee. All in all, you get what you pay for when you stay here. The room is decent and the fixtures aren’t bad but I would recommend it stay here again.

Awful property. My girlfriend got cut on broken glass from the vanity and our room didn’t have any hot water. The ac also stopped working in the middle of the night and we woke up drenched in sweat. Additionally the other guests had a party in the hall way all night and staff didn’t do anything to help limit or motor the property. Awful experience.
