I was disappointed that there was not a coffee maker in the room, every hotel we've stayed at in recent years have that amenity. Also, the tile floors (bathroom & entry areas) were quite dirty, needed mopping. Only one water cup in the bathroom, my reservation was for 2 occupants. The check out staff was not able to speak clear English, and getting a final receipt for our bill was difficult. I am still watching my credit card statement, as the charges that have shown up so far do not correspond with the reservation price I made.
