Expedia sent over incorrect payment info, prompting the desk clerk to ask for payment again. Had to go through hoops to get Expedia on the phone and fix the error. The room mattress was awful, old. The pull-out bed/couch could not be used for the springs were missing and mattress fall to the floor when layed on. The couch also had holes in it. Couldn't sit on it either. No dishes, utensils, pots, pans to cook with. Why have a kitchen if it's not usable? There were no trash cans in the room, not even the bathroom. The hotel in general smelled awful along with the room. There was no breakfast or even coffee.
