Booked a room a week in advance. They called me THE DAY OF my booking to tell me they overbooked and they have no rooms available and that I could stay at their sister hotel down the road in a downgraded room with no amount of refund like what? Sister hotel was very dirty, bad smell throughout the halls and room, couch in the room had a weird hole in it like someone did the deed with it. Quickest refund I've ever requested and will confidently NEVER use an extended stay hotel ever again.

Everything was fine. I was just disappointed in the internet access. After a long day of travel, I just wanted to relax and watch some tv. The tv signal was bad and kept cutting out. The front desk receptionist was nice, but admitted the internet connection was lacking before I even checked in.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I booked this on Expedia at a high rate. The sink had grass in it. There were bugs on the floor in the bathroom. The light in the bathroom didn't work so you had no light to brush your teeth, wash your face, etc. I called downstairs and there was no one available to help until morning. I have pictures and a video of everything. The hand towel on the stove smelled horribly. I stayed only a few hours. When I went downstairs to complain, the lady couldn't believe my video. She shared she would place a issue and when her manager came in she would show it to her. I received a call offering me a "free" night for another stay. There is absolutely NO WAY I would ever consider staying at an Extended Stay - nor should you!!! Absolutely disgusting.
