Vanessa at the front desk was super. She was courteous, caring and checked on us throughout our stay. She definitely deserves a promotion in the company. Easy check in and out. Clean villa and pool was very nice. Will definitely be back.

Wifi never worked, we complained five times, we opened support cases, they never fixed it. Ended up refunding the resort fees but that was not what we wanted, we wanted it to work. No stove or hotplate in kitchen, we could not cook for the whole week. unit was spacious but those two points wont have us coming back anytime soon.

Propery is clean and well maintained. The rooms are spacious. There is a nice pool and Activities Center. I think the only negative about this property is no restaurant or pool bar. Even without those, its an awesome choice.

Overall the property was ok and close to where we needed to be. Unfortunately the details were missing! There was no wine in my room or any amenities provided. The hotel tried to sell us on a timeshare at check in and wouldn't finish giving us room keys without trying to have us listen to a presentation while we stayed there. They then called in the middle of the week to try and sell us on a timeshare again. The toilet was running when we entered our room and remained not working correctly. There was black mold in the beautiful shower. The road noise was a problem, and a light bulb out in our bathroom. We had an unfortunate group of neighbors foe the last half of our stay. I went to the front desk after the second night of enduring the issue and was told the only thing the hotel could do was give a courtesy call to the people beside us. Unfortunately due to the room layout it would have been obvious who complained. For personal safety reasons I didn't want that option. The hotel could have moved us, apologized for the issue, or any other potential customer service options instead of sharing that their was nothing they could do.

This was the second time I stayed at the property. Only downside was there are 2 sections. I didn't know I had booked the older section. Still nice rooms and everything we needed, but I had my 80 year old parents with us. We were on the second floor and there were no elevators. Overall we loved the stay, and will be staying there again.

The room had a musty smell, but was very roomy and close to the pool and activities center. I was disappointed to have so much work going on while I was sitting at the pool and sitting on the patio. It was noisy and the smell of gas was distracting. I felt very safe and it's a great location to Disney, restaurants, and a grocery store.
