I’d like to start saying we had to move from westgate to this Holiday Inn because of non availability in the other hotel I was staying.
First, the check in process was 1 hour. 2-3 people attending the front desk at 4pm (which is the check in hour).
Second, after paying $175 when booking they charged me $65 for the resort fee and $30 per car (of course plus taxes)
Third, after checking in we noticed it started to rain so the pools were closed. Stopped raining at about 9 pm so since the pools are 9-9 we were unable to enjoy of the “resort amenities”.
Fourth, the ac on the rooms wouldn’t work as it supposed to. Only worked at that temperature in the entrance and the thermometer is there so it stops right away.
Fifth, the check out is supposed to be at 10 after they opened the pool at 9 so again no resort amenities were able to be enjoyed.
Sixth, they were cleaning the big pools when they are supposed to be open for people to enjoy. THEY SHOULD HAVE CLEAN IT AT THE TIME THE POOL IS CLOSE SO PEOPLE CAN ENJOY THEIR RESORT AMENITIES (which I remind you is $65). The only things open is the mini golf, básquet ball court, kids areas.
Seventh, there is not enough chairs for you to sit while in the recreational areas.
Eighth, there is not enough parking. Even if you pay $30 dollars for it. We ended up parking in the very back part of the hotel and our building was 12 next to the lobby and at night we had to park outside where NO SECURITY WAS THERE JUST THE CAR AT OUR OWN RISK.
