If I can give this property a half a star, I would I would not recommend anyone staying here The rooms was disgusting. The first room I walked in. I opened the refrigerator up. It looked old rusted and roach stop crawling out of it. I went down and he sent me to another room hollering that one was way better. It was a little cleaner than the first one, but That night I still saw roaches. Roach infested property is what this is. I was so mad. I prepaid for this property for two weeks and they will not let me get my money back so I had to stay. I went to the store and bought bombs to set off because I don’t live with roaches. I told the guy at the front desk and he said girl do what you Gotta do. They know that property is roach infested and choose to do nothing about it. I would never stay there again never recommend anyone stay there again. People live on the property in those rooms that I didn’t know my room look nothing like the one online. I don’t even wanna post pictures. I was mad. I had to stay there because I had already paid, but I cleaned it thoroughly. I bombed every 3 to 4 days until it was time for me to go. I just don’t understand people who say good things about this place. It was horrible. Every 2 to 3 days my key was stopped working. Had to go back to the office and get a new one. Of course they made up 1001 excuses they don’t clean the rooms but every 14 days didn’t say that online if you want towels or clean sheets, you have to take the old ones down to the

LOVED this place. Hometowne IS a home thanks to its general manager Thomas who is the absolute BEST manager I’ve ever come across in my travels. He’s a WOW! He makes sure your every need is taken care of because he really cares and is so knowledgeable as well. A rare combination in the hotel industry!! This place was so well run because of him! Hometowne treats each person with such respect and the rooms are immaculate, the prices, great, and the whole vibe,just so peaceful and welcoming. Thank you Hometowne for this place you’ve created and for hiring people like Thomas to make sure it stays that way. WILL. BE. BACK!!

Wow it was dirty! The lobby had the desk clerks children camped out plus her friend there were dirty food plates and wrappers on the counter and floors, I tripped over someones shoes on the way in to the lobby. Then the room was dank and dirty after being there a bit we noticed bugs, cockroaches all over in varying stages and size from babies to massive ones. The walls were filthy and the bathtub was stained. I'd very much like to speak to management about this , I have pictures of all of this.

When I got into the room I immediately saw multiple roaches ! There was a dead one on the floor right when you walked in, one crawling across the wall and multiple on the AC unit. There was also a black powdery substance on the bed and I'm not sure what that was. I immediately called and asked for a refund, and left the property within 15 mins of arriving. The lady at the front desk was nice and did apologize before I left.

My room was infested with dozens of cockroaches. They were in the bathroom, the kitchen area, on the bed, everywhere! They even snuck into my carry-on bag. I had to shake out ALL of my clothes before I checked out. I advise everyone to stay away from this hotel. I deeply regret my booking.

The front desk staff I spoke with were all very nice. The bed was amazingly comfortable as well as the pillows. My feet were black from being barefoot on the hardwood floors. Roaches in the freezer (alive). Used condom between the sink and wall in the bathroom. Only a single lock on the door. There was an extra latch but no where to connect it. Property very outdated and dingy. There wasn’t even a trash can. People live on property with no courtesy. They were outside all night and loud. Stomping around on the floor above at all hours. At one point it sounded like someone was messing with the door but I didn’t get out of bed to check.

I stayed from Feb 1st thru Feb 2nd. The front desk attendant was affable and nice which gave hope the place was ok. When I arrived to my room the door was wide open, the smell of old cigarette smoke imbedded in the sheets was unstomacheable, the bathroom was flithy, and there were so many tiny roaches that i decided to put my backpack in the fridge, and stay at a friend's place as long as I ould gor tue evening before returning the next morning for my belongings. There most be something right a out the property because met someone who's lived in place for 3 years, however i can only speak for my one night at that place.

It unusual windy and cold. Temperature dropped to mid 20 at night in Orlando. We checked in the hotel on Monday with AC/Heat conditioner. Starting Wednesday the heat conditioner was down. Hotel manager said 20 rooms had the same problem and the technician would come on weekend. That means no heat for the remaining week. We got extra blankets but still not warm enough. My whole family caught a cold within two days. We finished our vacation on Saturday,leaving Orlando with running noses, sore throat and my son even got a fever after got home.

There was a persistent problem for four days, my entire stay, with cockroaches in my room. I did not eat in the room or store food there. Management was made aware, yet the problem continued each day. I purchased RAID at my own expense and sprayed every day, yet the problem never ceased.

El cuarto era un cucarachero. Las puertas en malas conduciones. La del baño ni cerraba con seguro. Los muebles de la cocina deteriorados. Pafas por una habitaciin para 4 adultos y solo te ponen 2 toallas y en adicion si a los pal de dias pides que te las cambien se molestan y solo por ser latino. Al ya estar alli te dicen que es para alquilar para hospedarse por mucho tiempo y por eso no te limpian nada ni te dan papel para el baño. Las unicas personas que son amables son los del counter y un boricua que no sabemos su nombre y trabaja para mantenimiento del complejo que son cheveres, las de limpieza son bien malcria.
