Per property ad they offer early-check in but not what I personally experienced.Wearrived at 6:45 am and was hoping to check in-early. I was initially assisted by Juan,but can’t check us in due to no available room and advised to check back at 10am but he left. I then tried to check-in at 10am as advised to another front desk staffJonathan and was told that there’s still no room he said I will get a txt as soon as it’s avail since guests are still checking out and housekeeping are still in the process of getting the room ready. As I wait patiently in the lobby, I noticed that there are several big groupguests checking-in and getting their rooms while me,still waiting. I approached Jonathan at 11am and 30 min thereafter trying to check in and get a room, he’s only response”the hotel is fully committed last night from its guest and no rooms available”. Really! I am also a hotel guest who fully paid my room reservation in advanced trying to check-in, aren’t the hotel supposed to be fully committed to me as their a guest? Plus, I’ve seen guest just arrived and they have rooms available for them. After several attempts (5x) at least I finally got the Mgr.on Duty Ryan’s attention to assist me since he noticed I am really getting frustrated with this non sense, no customer service skill staff. Finally,after 5hrs.waiting I was able to check-in.These hotel staff has very poor customer service skill.I will never come back nor recommend this particular property👎avoid inconvenience.
