For this being the Hyatt, I expected better. 1st morning, we asked for linens to be changed, we stripped the bed, there was an accident and for the blanket on other bed to be changed as coffee was spilt. I let them know that the coffee pot was not working as it only filled 1/3 way, shampoo was almost out, conditioner and body wash was plum empty and the toilet was leaking on the floor in the front and back. We come back that night to find that the dirty linens were still on the floor, a sheet and thin blanket was folded on the bed. We went to the front desk, the gentleman could not get a hold of anyone in housekeeping nor management. He could not locate a mattress protector pad nor regular blanket. He attempted to fill a few bottles with conditioner and shampoo but could not find body wash and promised it would all be taken care of the next day. That next morning, he was still working and said he still was unable to have anyone call him back. He said we would have a call from management by 11a that day- never happened (we still had 2 more nights there). When we returned that night, nothing still had been done. Our last night, the key pad was not working, once maintenance got there, went into room- they still did not have a mattress pad on the bed nor a regular blanket. The coffee pot still was not working, toilet still leaking and towels from the night before, as my make up was on it, was folded and put up as if they were fresh towels. Pool was filthy.
