Brand new property. Beautiful room, close to all major attactions and very nice staff. My only suggestion would be for the room that I had with a rather large balcony to place some furniture so one could sit outside.

Hotel room doesn't have microwave oven. Rooms are not furnished, no chests, no draws, no chairs or tables. Can't work or attend meetings. Property under construction. Cannot enter the hotel from any other side because of access door issues, can be entered from front of the hotel only. Pool and breakfast are excellent.

Wow Wow Wow!!!! brand new hotel with great amenities!!! Perfect for families with spacious rooms, our was exactly like an apartment, friendly staff in front desk and great food and drinks in the pool bar . Free parking in the property and there is a Walmart super center in front of the hotel in case you may need something or even to buy souvenirs. We only make 2 recommendations: Clean up dirt residues from the previous day's pool, first thing in the morning. And the breakfast need to improve also especially if they are going to charge you for this(now is free). With that done It is gonna be a 5 Start hotel! We really enjoyed our stay and definitely with the lazy river donde we are going back.

Also... ich würde dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen.. Das Frühstück ist wertlos....normalerweise ist immer für jeden etwas dabei...dort nicht! Zimmer wurden in 9 Tagen nicht 1x gereinigt! Wir hatten weder Seife noch sonst etwas.... mussten uns alles selber kaufen und nach 6 Tagen sind sie anscheinend drauf gekommen, dass sie uns vergessen haben oder sonst etwas.... man kann die Dusche und das WC selber nicht reinigen somit mussten wir uns auch um das kümmern! Einmal haben wir aus versehen den Kühlschrank nach hinten geschoben und darunter war etwas ekelahftes, dass wahrscheinlich schon seit Tagen/ wochen dort klebt. Leider finde ich sogar 3 Sterne fast zu viel! Ich habe Fotos von Dreckansammlungen im Zimmer die ich dem.Hotel lieber persönlich sende!

Great and very peaceful hotel just needs to improve on their upkeep of the rooms and cleaning them more often without having to request it But besides that everything was a 10/10 and a great experience and friendly staff . We even got to check in early and got a free room upgrade thanks to Lewis at the front desk !

When I arrived around 5 PM, my room was still not ready, which was especially difficult as I was traveling with a 3-month-old. Once we were able to check in, the cleanliness of the room felt rushed—there were areas, particularly in the bathroom, that didn’t appear very clean, and I noticed food remnants on the couch pillows.The overall design of the room was very pretty which I enjoyed. My experience with the staff was mixed. I had a truly wonderful interaction with one team member who was kind and helpful, but unfortunately, that wasn’t consistent. Some staff interactions felt dismissive, as though I was inconveniencing them by asking a simple question.The outside and common areas were all beautiful as well and you can feel the attention to detail.
