My wife and I stayed here for a quick couples get away, but the resort is more suited for families with kids, who are on a tight budget. Everything was extremely outdated. None of the amenities or appliances are up to date, everything looks like it’s from the 90’s. We had issues with our AC unit because the coolest the room would ever get is 70 degrees. They sent a maintenance guy out who told us that it was nothing he could do to fix it and suggested that we wait until nightfall for cooler conditions, because “during the day it’s too hot outside for AC units to cool down the rooms.” I paid $10 a day for WiFi that didn’t work. I guess my room was too far away from the internet modem, but the signal was too weak to even allow me to refresh my emails, I was forced to use my cellular data, which didn’t work too good either (AT&T is my carrier). The design of the suites are paired in twos with a neighbor, unfortunately we had a huge family staying next to us who were extremely loud, frequently coming in and out of the suite’s main door at all hours of the night, with absolute no regard for their neighbor. We were constantly, rudely awakened by the comings and goings of our neighbors, as our bed was located right in front of the door. This stay was a 2 star stay at best and I say 2 stars because the host was extremely helpful in making sure the check-in was seamless and even offered theme park discounts. The restaurant at the resort had pretty good food, but those are the highlights of my stay.
