Horrible! Four nights and five days. Toilet continually ran. Bathroom sink would not drain. Had to go to office to get clean towels. They only serviced my room after I went to the office about it. Old. Dilapidated. Dirty. Shady characters hanging around the place. The worst I ever stayed at. And, the had the guts to charge a "resort" fee.

This place was terrible. Took 1 hr just to check in. The room smelt like complete mildew. Only 1 light worked. Some plugs did not work. Hole in the wall behind a photo. Part of ceiling was "patched" and chipping off. Bathroom door would not close. No washcloths provided. And only ice available was at the front desk. This place was disgusting n i absolutely would not recommend this place to anyone.

First room didn't have a shower knob, mattress sagged, and room stunk. Transferred us to another room which was better but the sheetrock above the tub was falling into the tub probably due to a leak in the room above. Staff was not very friendly and service was slow. They only served breakfast one of the two days we were there. Good thing is that there is free transportation to multiple parks.

This place was dirty. They had a run down pool. Picture featuring a tiki bar is staged! Thier is no outdoor tiki bar. They had what appeared to be drug users roaming around. The room has mold and the bottom of the door was so rusty you could see outside. They did have roaches outside and a few inside the room. Tried calling the front desk no answer. They did not have Continental breakfast everyday I was there. When they did it was like plain bread , hard boiled eggs, orange slices and green apples and some juice and coffee. Don't drink the water in the lobby they never change it. ( Lady at the front desk low key mentioned it) Thier was hair and rusty bars in the shower. One of the pools is completely abandoned and has green stuff in it. I did see a needle in the parking lot so heads up it you have kids. The air conditioner was loud and smelled of mold. Bugs......everywhere. came home and stripped and washed all clothes and all luggage in hot water....bed bugs might be present. I cried day two when the roaches appeared.

It is disappointing to see what was once a really nice facility fall to such a state of disrepair. Expedia such probably not promote its use for family stays until the hotel brings the facility to a more acceptable standard. A little paint and general building maintenance would help a lot.

No hot water for half our stay, rude manager Armando. Refused to for no hot water, because they were working on it. My room card was deactivated every time we left the room. No one came in and cleaned out replenished items sick af toilet pause, towels etc.. never changed the garbage. Was a pile of piss filled toilet paper behind the toilet. Promised a reimbursement from the head manager, did not get it. compensate

This place was absolutely disgusting. There was what looked like blood on the floor and there were black things in the bed absolutely disgusting. Im so disappointed. Not only that but we got 2 double beds and had a king size reserved. Check in took almost an hour and i was the only person there. Absolutely ridiculous.

This was the nastiest hotel I have ever stayed at. The first room we were given had stains all over both beds, the tub was crumbling at the bottom, the security lock was broken, hanging off the wall, used bandaids on the furniture, carpet was stained and extremely dirty and hair left wrapped around the hair dryer. There was white crust on each surface and we had to purchase disinfectant wipes and bedding to make it somewhat livable. I also found a few large bugs roaming around the room and there was mold all over the bathroom. We were moved to a different room where it was cleaner, but not by much.

This Hotel is a Biohazard. There were roaches everywhere. The first room we stayed in was filthy. Blood stains on the sheets, massive amount of hair in the bed. The floors were not cleaned for years. The bathroom light didn’t work along with outlets torn and hanging from the wall. The second room we moved to had flying cockroaches everywhere. We had to pack our things and leave at 2:30 in the morning because of how unsafe and disgusted we felt.
