The bed had stains all over the sheets and pillows. They charge you an extra $26 each night you stay that is for amenities that are not even available! The staff was unorganized and extremely rude. They say breakfast is from 7am to 10 am but they remove all the hot food at 8:30 am. Do not stay here! Not worth the money at all!!

No hay limpieza a la habitacion ni un solo dia, no hay cambio de paños si uno no lo solicita en recepcion. Nos hicieron un cobro adicional de $26 diarios que no nos indicaron cuando se hizo la reserva lo cual elevó el costo por más de $200 El personal grosero. Muy mal olor en las habitaciones se sienten sucias. Solicitamos cambio de habitacion porque en la primera ni siquiera servia la luz, el telefono ni el televisor. Tuvimos que ir tres veces a recepcion para que nos cambiaran. Las personas que se hospedan hacen mucho ruido en la madrugada, no se siente seguro. Cobraron por recibir los paquetes que mandamos de compras por internet, lo cual en mi experiencia NUNCA me habian cobrado en otros hoteles en Orlando. No volveria a un hotel tan sucio y tan caro, no lo vale,

The positive first: the staff was extremely friendly. Now for the not so good: My room was in desperate need of updating. The beds were wore out. One of the two comforters was old and stained up. The mini fridge had leaked in the cabinet it was housed in and the particle board was falling apart. Patch jobs to the wall were done by someone who clearly has never patched drywall before. Over heavy use of caulk in bathroom area. My room was missing a coffee maker and hair dryer. Not a big deal big worth noting. Cleanliness was pretty poor. Inside the fridge were someone’s Valentines Day meal (and I checked in on 2/19). Found a bug crawling on the floor in the bathroom. Outside the room was piles of dog poop and cigarette butts. Near the main building there is a construction area roped off outside that hasn’t been actively under construction for a long time. The continental breakfast was literally only cereal, bread/toast, and yogurt. I’m not missing anything. That’s your only options. And they check your name off before you can go “enjoy” this breakfast. Not sure why they would do that for such an awful breakfast selection. And all of this comes with a $26 per night “resort fee”. There is NOTHING resort about this place, so not sure why they would charge that rate..?.. Overall there are MANY other better options for travelers that would be far better than this. I only gave a two star rating because the staff was friendly.

Bad maintenance in whole hotel, looks very dirty, in the 4 days we were there they did not come to clean the room, dirty towels and blankets, the room smelled very damp, bad service at check-in and restaurants, few transportation schedules, I would not return there, the publicity is false.

Stay away. This hotel was absolutely disgusting, unsafe, and service was subpar. I had to ask for another room after check in because my first wouldn’t lock. The second room had its door kicked in. You’re better off sleeping in your car. It is not worth the deal, this place is horrible and unfit for families and individuals traveling.

I don’t know how this place is allowed to remain open. It is run down with the majority of its rooms broken into. If you can think of the worst possible scenario then times that by 100 you have this hole. We were not the only ones that couldn’t stay because when we went to leave there were more ahead of us checking out whom were more vocal about their dissatisfaction

This was the most disgusting property we ever visited. Dead cockroach in the room, mold all over the entryway to the room on the ceiling as you enter the room. This does not even count the amount of bird droppings outside the entrance to the room under the light. We didn’t even stay there, we had to rent at another hotel for our stay for the 2 nights. Just an awful experience. The hotel needs a complete makeover.

i feel like if i was catfish when it came to this location we were so happy when we booked via expedia it was a great deal. when we got to the place the lobby area looked decent so in my mind the rooms and area would be as well.i was very wrong as we drove to the building where they gave us the room our face expression changed drastically. they send us to last building it look abandoned, dangerous and dirty !! as we approached the room we notice the door next to us looked like it was kicked down but it got worse when we looked towers our room aside from a big water bug who greeted us the curtains were broken there a hug blood stain on the rug right by the entrance of the room. my daughter was terrified i rand to the grab the phone in the room to call front desk the phone was not even working !! we had to drive back to the front desk since they placed us on the last building. i expressed everything to the resectionist and showed pictures and told her we did not feel safe to please give us another room close to the main lobby she took notes dint even apologized she placed us in another room closer on a second floor honestly not much of difference as we go up the stairs it was dirty garbage all over the room was a bit cleaner the phone ones again was not working i had to used my cell to call front desk after 10 mins someone answer i had to ask for clean towels. we decided to stay for the night since it was pretty late and we had already drove 17 hrs from NY. we left a day early.
