I picked this hotel because it was one of the most affordable and best-rated options in the area. HOWEVER, when I arrived at the property, I was extremely disappointed. When I arrived in the room, I noticed there was a long hair in the toilet bowl as well as some smaller hairs in the shower. I brushed them off as a simple oversight, UNTIL I got to the bed and pulled back the sheets. There was even more hair amongst the bedsheets, and I could even see hairs under the sheets on top of the mattress cover. If I could see that many hairs, I can't imagine what I couldn't see that wasn't clean. There was also a sticky-looking stain on the bedside table. I asked the staff to switch rooms, which they happily did, and I found hair in the bed of the next room, too. I don't think that's a coincidence, but at that point I was too exhausted to ask to move again. I also ordered room service and my order was 'lost' and I was told I had to wait an additional 25 minutes. My order was eventually found 15 minutes later. I was offered a free dessert (which was not good) and a $30 credit for all of the inconvenience. The next morning, I went to the coffee shop and was served bad matcha. I asked for a different drink (that also happened to be cheaper) and was given it but not offered a refund. The only reason I'm giving this property two stars is because the staff I encoutered were professional and helpful but I will not return and would not recommend this hotel!
