Got kicked out bc I gave my honest review of my experience from the miserable GM at this location. She treats ppl nasty sucks her teeth at you and just a ugly person inside and out. Beware there is roaches galore here, spiders and random homeless ppl at this location. We like wyndham better but we wanted to avoid a deposit but like they say you get what you pay for and this location is complete garbage. Only come here if its your last resort, maybe not even. Location in Kissimmee has a more empathy, GM prides herself in her property so no roaches, random bums or spiders.or mold at that location. Avoid this location at all costs. You will regret it just like I have.You've been warned unless u like being talked down to and love roaches.

Gm is a very rude horrible woman and you can tell by the condition of the property. infested with roaches,.spiders and random hobos outside.

Nice front desk agents minus the sassy gm. Area little shady due to the random questionable looking people outside. His property is just another Hotel shelter where you see people living out of definitely not a place for touristy people. Found roaches spiders bedding very cheap mold I mean you name it looks like Motel 6 just collects money and definitely doesn't put it back into the property. Very disappointed in the quality I believe that Motel 6 was a two-star property but after staying at this location definitely a zero Star Property. Only come here if you're homeless and even then I think other places would be better maybe Extended Stay America they at least have full kitchens. Motel 6 do better...

Latonya is miserable, unhappy with her life condescending and hates her job. She is a horrible nasty OLD lady. Her energy is like a dark cloud of misery and depression. Make sure to pay your $2 balance before 11 or shell threaten you. Also included in this environment is roaches, spiders and random dirty street people hanging out front.

Ha sido el PEOR que me he quedado, 1. Un reguero de cucarachas, una peste a marihuana, los ascensores no funcionaban, todos los días las tarjetas dejaban d funcionar, el Mattre olía a Orina, no querían cambiar las toallas y por último , una de las noches la puerta no abría y nos dicen q no pueden abrirá hasta el día siguiente , que no podían hacer nada y nosotros sin ropa y con menores . Tuvimos que llamar a los guardias y luego de 2hrs Tuvieron q abrirnos las puertas. Terminamos en otro Hotel . Y el personal horrible

Don’t stay here! My bad for not reading the google reviews before. You enter the facility (lobby) and there is a terrible odor, mostly weed. In the room, there was humidity odor. There were cockroaches in the room bathroom and microwave. One day when we asked for clean towels, the front woman told us we had to ask the next day 11-5pm. The last night, we arrived at aprox 7pm. The door system of our friends (were in another room) didn't function, the door didn't open. When they went to front desk, the woman told them they had to wait until next day so the maintenance guy could fix it. They were in bathing suits arriving from a water park, all the clothes, shoes, medicines, essentials, passport were inside the room. They were 2 adults ant 2 minors. The hotel didn't want to resolve the problem. At first, they offered them one room but they didn't have any clothes to change. They had to buy clothes, toothbrush, everything necessary until the next day. Who was going to pay for that One hour later, when they asked for the room, the woman told them that they didn't have any room to offer, that it was too late. Where they were going to stay? They had to call the police and explained the situation. At first, the manager said she couldn't do anything, 40 minutes later arrived some guy that fix and opened the door. Expedia located them in another hotel after this situation. Our plans for that night were ruined. The service and empathy were terrible. I am warning you…don't stay here.

Pretty run down. The staff was fantastic. The hotel itself though is super dirty. There was mold all over the bathroom, people obviously live there and it didnt have a "safe" feeling at all. I expected bare minimum quality for the price, but it wasn't even that.
