Me gustó la ubicación. No me gustó el foco frente a la puerta del cuarto (frente al cristal, en las noches esa luz se mantenía prendida), no me gustó que el televisor se desconectó del internet y no funcionaba, tuve que usar mi internet, no me gustó que la tarjeta me dejó afuera dos veces y lo único que hacían era restablecer el código y nunca funcionó, no me gustó que no se me preguntara si necesitaba algo para el cuarto (papel higiénico, toallas) nunca limpiaron en cuarto y llevaron toallas nuevas. Me cambiaron en una ocasión de habitación por las condiciones en las que estaba la habitación que me habían dado de primera opción. Cuando entró a la habitación nueva me encuentro con cucarachas en el área de la nevera y por la tubería de la bañera también salían cucarachas.

I will be honest when I saw all the construct going on I was a little fearful about what I singed up for. I walked into my room and it was excellent. Clean, no bad smells, nice bed, and a smart TV that you can use your own services on. It’s right across from the eye and close to all universal parks. I was at epic universe in 10 minutes. My only regret was not booking a second night because that drive home after all day in the sun was rough. I will be back.

Review: Disappointing and Disruptive Stay — Not Recommended at This Time I rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience to help future guests make an informed decision. First and foremost, the hotel is currently undergoing major construction — a fact that was not disclosed at the time of booking. From early morning until evening, there was constant construction noise, making it nearly impossible to relax or concentrate during the day. In the evening, groups of people frequently gathered just outside my window, talking loudly well into the night. The lack of sound insulation made it feel as though they were in the room with me, which added to the already stressful environment. The most alarming part of my stay occurred when police officers knocked on my door late at night. I was shocked and frightened, only to find out that the hotel had mistakenly reported that I had overstayed my booking. After reviewing the situation, the officers confirmed it was an error made by the front desk. Needless to say, I lost an entire night of sleep due to this mishap. Additionally, the room itself was in poor condition. Due to ongoing construction in the unit above, debris and dust were falling from the ceiling onto my bed. The room felt dirty and not well-maintained, which raises concerns about hygiene and safety. While I understand that renovations can be a sign of future improvements, in its current state, this hotel is simply not a safe, clean, or quiet place to s

I stayed here for a week and honestly I had to wake up early every day JUST to get out. I switched my room TWICE because there were always roaches in the rooms and the toilet was leaking in the 2nd room. The minute you walk in, smells like pure chemicals. Toilet was stained yellow. The cracks in the walls were molding. Had half a roll of toilet paper in the bathrooms. Floors were black, I couldn’t even walk barefoot out the shower. Elevators never worked. Then I sat outside one night (8 pm) to get some fresh air and there were multiple men (obviously drunk with bottles in their hand) staring and pacing back and forth past me. Cops were seen circling the place 3 out of 6 nights of my stay. I have 2 kids under 8 and was so sad I put them in this place. But the money was spent and couldn’t afford another place. I will NEVER stay here again.

Construction hurt the review. Was able to check in after 6 am early after an overnight flight. Clean hotel room but lowering it because of construction,boxes in the lobby. Early check in fee is $40. Only stayed one night but good value.

Never stay in the dirty and scamming business again. The front desk people are a bunch of useless people trying to scammed me. The fire alarm went off a few times while I was there and they did nothing to turn it off. I had to go down to ask if they’re going to do something about it… the hotel room were dirty. Overall this was a terrible experience for me. I’m never staying here ever again.

We have waken up with drilling noise in the morning. There wasn’t any iron and hairdryer in the room. Construction is still going on and They have charged us extra taxes. They haven’t released our deposit yet. I don’t recommend this hotel.

The whole front side of the property was under construction. The back side of the property was trashy and the pool was nasty and had trash around the pool including broken bottles. There were dirty mattresses in a pile in a corner by the pool and big dumpsters full of construction trash in the back of the hotel near my room. The website didn’t look like how the actual hotels looks and I feel as if it was false advertisement and I will never stay there again or recommend this hotel to anyone. I felt as if I was in a bad neighborhood apartment complex (the projects). Not a very good experience for me. The location was great because it was right next to international and the big Ferris wheel but I will never book here again. I guess it’s true when they say you get what you pay for.

The staff to the dirty unhealth conditions of room with mold and mildew funny smells and the bed had bed bugs and broken out with rash on arms from dirty towels and dirty bed lining and sheets. I couldn’t enjoy stay and left after gone to family emergency. Second night didn’t even bother staying because of conditions of hotel and room. Not dealing the rash from bed sheets.
