Upon entering, and a few steps past the foyer, you'll notice the expansive living/ dining/ kitchen area, furnished with contemporary furniture and stainless kitchen appliances. In fact, the kitchen features a large island to make preparing meals for large groups a breeze. The spacious living area features large comfy sofa seating and an oversized mounted flat-screen television mounted on a designer slatted wall. A large dining table with lots of seating can be found adjacent to the kitchen.
Open the large sliding door on a nice day and let the fresh air rush in or take a dip in the pool! A large flat screen television is mounted four your outdoor enjoyment. The entire pool area is screened in as well so no more worrying about pesky mosquitos. Thinking of entertainment, head to the garage to challenge someone to a game of pool or head upstairs and climb the rock wall while watching a sporting event or two since there are two mounted televisions in the National Park inspired game room.
When you're ready to call it a night, head to one of the 8 bedrooms. You'll find two King bedrooms on the lower level and six bedrooms upstairs with various bed sizes. There is something for everyone.

Resort Community
You'll find the exclusive community of Encore to be conveniently located minutes away from all of the top attractions, tons of restaurants, and more shopping than you'll be able to handle. Stroll the well-manicured grounds of the resort and find beach volleyball courts, a clubhouse with restaurants and bars, and many cozy seating areas. Unfortunately, Encore waterpark access is not available as the HOA has many restrictions. Jimmy Buffett's Island H2O, a much larger and advanced waterpark is a mere 10-minute drive away.
Neighborhood
Guests will find this home as centrally located as it gets just steps away from all the action. You're less than 15 minutes to Walt Disney World, Disney Springs, and ESPN Wide World of Sports. Great shops and eateries such as Ford's Garage, Carrabba's, Bonefish Grill, Miller's Ale House, and Cracker Barrel are all within 10 minutes on Irlo Bronson/ 192.
