The staff was kind and attentive, and the room, including the bathroom, was very clean. Despite it being a holiday weekend, the hotel was surprisingly quiet. I didn’t get a chance to try the food or pool, but overall, it was a pleasant stay. The surrounding area is a bit bleak, but the hotel itself serves its purpose well. It looks like renovations are underway, which is a good sign of continued improvements. I’d recommend staying here.

This hotel is actually a motel in a bad area of town. We saw two different rooms, both had security locks that were broken as if the doors had been kicked in. It was 3am so we almost stayed anyway, until men with guns came out of the room next door. We waited until they cleared out and then we left. The front desk staff member was not surprised by the goings-on and actually seemed confused as to why we would want to leave.

This hotel was sketchy but I really liked it. The a/c was great, fridge was nice and cold, room had everything i needed, shower was great and so were the toiletries. The breakfast was awful. The bed was awful. The tv channels were so bad. But for the price, I'll take it!

Was greeted by a sex worker and a man with his pants around his ankles, to then have a man peaking into room stating "He's just window shopping for when he robs me", before that man went a room over to brother in order to attempt to sell him drugs, before then coming back to my room to do the same for myself.

I should not complain on this property, as it was super cheap and we did not have high expectations here. Our linens were dirty, as if it was not cleaned or replaced at all. Breakfast was there and not there at the same time. Just a coffee machine and waffle maker that doesn’t dispense the batter.

I have experienced a fantastic customer service from the following staff. Santosh, Crazy good kid Rabec,Rober front desk. House Keeping, Gina and Gita. This may not be a high-end hotel but it's extremely clean as well as livable. I would recommend it for anyone who wants to stay either short and long term. or even for a weekend passing by. I truly appreciate all of you guys. If anybody ever post any bad review in regards to Baymont I would encourage for management to Ignore it. People always have their opinion when they can't get their way.

Stay away. We left after the first night of our stay. No clean blankets. In fact, the 3 they tried to give us had pubic hair on them. No sheets for pull out bed. Dirty gloves on our bed upon check in. Neither TV in the room worked. Bed is a glorified cot with a headboard with what must be a prison issue mattress on it. Terrible neighborhood. Sketchy employee tried to enter our room while we were in it and was not housekeeping and couldn’t give us a reason as to why he was trying to enter the room.

You get what you pay. The rooms are clean, the renovation needs more work. If you are going to renovate then we should not see the old issues, like water stains on walls or paint from the bathtub. The metal bed frames are very noisy. The breakfast was ok but at least add mufffins to a continental breakfast and a fruit. Bread and oatmeal is not enough, not everyone wants to make waffles. The real problem is that there is nothing around this hotel. Just car dealers. If you need a cheap, clean hotel then stay here. Nothing wrong with that just not a place to consider for a vacation.

We booked a room but when we walked in it smelled like someone smokes in the room, we told the office and they were able to provide for change of room, we did and we got our key but it didn’t work so then we went and again got another room changed and the key didn’t work again, we had a baby and it was at 11:40pm that we arrived and until 12:30am we left to go to another hotel due to the inconvenience, the man who changed the rooms was mad and looked annoyed at towards the end. You got people running near the door and yelling, mostly people who are sketchy and blocking ways.
