Stunning property. All remodeled, lean, smelling so good. The decoration on point. The front desk super helpful and polite. The water hot, nice towels, the air conditioner super. Overall, 20 out of 10. 100% recommended.

Don’t stay here unless you’re heavily armed, like sleeping in filth and like being treated like garbage. Seriously, the absolute worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It’s a straight crack hotel. On top of being the dirtiest room ever, with stained sheets, hairs, slimy floors and a door that looks like it’s been kicked in multiple times, it wreaks of weed and fabuloso, and you’re right against a busy road with tons of loud truck, cars and motorcycles, with a door that doesn’t even seal up. Don’t believe the good reviews, it’s the owners. Don’t be deceived by the pictures either. It’s NOTHING like how it’s represented online. It is blatant false advertising and Wyndham & Expedia should be ASHAMED of themselves……

I loved the online check in process, it made it much easier and faster to get the room key when we arrived. The person working the front desk was super nice. The continental breakfast had enough options and it was fresh and good. The room was clean and accommodating. Only thing that threw us off was that the top latch was broken as if the door was forced in.

Hi good night first i must say i am vwey disappointed witb Expedia for the fake review saying everything is good,but over Google give the real review about the hotel first day i meet the customer service ten out of ten 💯second i was giving a room i started to cry with my daughter the room smells like mold no windows,the breakfast the say was included looks completely off 💔you guys put me in more expense for lying about the review,i didn't sleep the place like a haunted house things moving the place just heavy and it's not for kid's,i been at McDonald's the employee tell me that the worse hotel to stay at i been to 7/11 samething nobody had good to say,but thank god we made it out safe never again!!!!!! The customer service is too great for people staying in a condition like that 💔💯

Let me just say—Super 8 is a joke of a business and clearly doesn’t care one bit about customer satisfaction. I checked out early and was still refused a refund for the night I didn’t even stay. Make it make sense. They’re nothing but money-hungry scammers hiding behind cheap sheets and bare-minimum service. I’m not asking for anything outrageous—I simply wanted a refund for the night I didn’t use. But instead of doing the decent thing, they chose to act like greedy cowards. If you think it’s okay to steal money for a service you didn’t provide, you shouldn’t be in hospitality. Try the circus—it’s more your speed. To anyone thinking of staying at Super 8: don’t. Pay a few dollars more and go somewhere that doesn’t treat you like trash once they have your card on file. I’ll never be back, and I’ll make sure no one I know makes the mistake of booking with you either. Fix this, or keep proving how trashy and dishonest your brand really is.

The room was dusty a d linens on the bed was dirty and used. Bathroom was filty and waster fro. Backing up in the bath tub. Even after offer a new room the bed was used and linen was dirty. Staff was not helpful. No professionalism.

First off, the staff was wonderful. Friendly, accommodating, and helpful. For what they had to work with, anyway. Our room, while clean (no bugs at all!), lacked polish. The floor dipped in the corner, with some of the laminate tiles broken/coming up. The window shade didn't block out enough light, making us wake with the sun whether we liked it or not. The beds were very old and sagged. The bathroom ceiling had some mildew starting, despite having been recently painted. The bathroom door got stuck so you couldn't close it all the way unless you wanted to panic and worry you'd never be able to get out again. The junky iron burnt a dress I'd been planning to wear to a wedding while we were there. The fan rattled all night. The "breakfast" lacked anything hot, unless you count the one terrible toaster that took forever to toast anything. We were given cereal, individually-wrapped coffee cake and granola bars, bagels and bread, yogurt, and juice/coffee/milk. Not exactly the breakfast of champions. With that said, the grounds were kept decently, the staff was as good as at any other place I've been, and the pool was a nice treat. So it wasn't all bad. Would I stay there again? Not a chance. Would I recommend it to anyone? Again, no way. The location alone should have you thinking twice. It got VERY noisy with all the cars going by, and even with an inside room, we heard a LOT of the other travelers. I appreciated the proximity to the airport, but other than that, nope.

I was not even at the hotel for 45 minutes before I decided to check out. The room was dirty and had a strong, unpleasant smell. When I pulled back the covers, I found stains on the sheets, and the quilt looked filthy. I had to go downstairs twice to ask for clean sheets, but after seeing the overall condition of the room, I chose to check out and get a refund. The hotel smelled old and unclean — it was an awful experience from the start. I would not recommend staying here.
