The hotel was nice, clean, but dated. The beds were very comfortable, and the shower had nice pressure. TV was big, however, there was no TV guide, and not easy to find channels. Sadly, we spent more time in the room than we had planned. We booked this hotel because of its lazy river, but unfortunately, we were unable to use it. The lazy river opens later than the pool so no morning floating...it opens later in the day than we'd like, and unfortunately, the weather kept us from enjoying it in the evening. Our room was "upgraded" at check-in, however, I caution you, a pool view comes with the noise from the pool area on all floors. We would request no pool view next time. We stayed on a holiday weekend and there were many families with lots of kids running up and down the hallways...you could hear everything in the hallways..."paper thin walls" as my husband would say. The restaurant is not open for dinner, only breakfast, but you can eat at the poolside bar and grille...if you're looking for a quick bite, it's fine, but by no means is it a sit-down dinner...everything is served in to-go containers. The breakfast buffet was more of a continental breakfast as opposed to an actual buffet, however, it was included with our room so no real complaints.

We check in without a problem, set everything in room, we travel with some medications that need to be in a refrigerator, first thing we always do is put them in the refrigerator. Took a break after a long drive, we went to check on the medicine only to find out the refrigerator wasn't working. We called front desk, they told us, the there were no more rooms available nor refrigerators. No problem lets bring some ice from the ice machine. Surprise! Machine isn't working 😕

When we arrived the hotel smelled like Marijuana in the hall way which was very disappointing i know this is the people but there was no cleanliness also about the property. When we got to our room the tv was giving us issues and most channels didnt work. The lazy river kept getting closed andtl the life guards loved to see it closed and would take their time to open it back up. The weather wasnt good but they are way too stricted. You had like 7 life guards in the lazy river when its 3ft but in the actual 6-8 foot pool no life guards. Also, on the last day we were there when it was finally time to enjoy it with good weather the lazy river was not open on time. It took the life gaurds like 1 hour in a half to get all together to open it. Once we got into the lazy river we had to wait 2 hours before someone got off their tube for us to use it. There is not enough tubes. Once we finally got it the lazy river was filthy. All that money spent on life guards and no cleanliness. The breakfast was ok but when we got there there was no one to greet us and the waffle machine had run out. Towels by the pool ran out and the service they give was horrible. Our room the toilet clogged and we had to call like 5 times for it to get fixed. Overall we wont be staying here again was very unpleasant. The kids had fun in the pools but you get what you pay for.

This hotel reminded me of a motel. The room was non smoking but it smelled muggy and dirty. Everything in the room smelled old and dusty. The carpets were old and dingy. The couches had visible dirty marks and wear and tear. The room was dark and outdated. The bathroom was out dated as well and the bathtub was hard to get in to. The bathtub was super high and as a 5ft1in female it was hard to get into the tub with normal abilities. The pool was ok, but the water was warm. The weather was 93 degrees so it would make sense to have cold water in the pool during summer time. The hotel is located in a decent area and the parking was easy. There were food options available within a short drive. Disney springs was about 15 mins from there. Overall I was disappointed with this hotel and I would not book again.

We traveled to the hotel for my son’s BMX championship race, along with many other families and riders from across the state. After a long day of racing in the extreme Central Florida heat, we were all looking forward to relaxing by the pool and enjoying the lazy river. However, when we arrived, it was clear that many other BMX families had the same idea. The pool area was busy but filled with kids and families just trying to cool off. Unfortunately, the hotel manager claimed there were too many people and made the decision to call the police to have the pool shut down — a disappointing and unnecessary action that affected many guests. The issues didn’t stop there. Our first room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, like an ashtray, despite being a non-smoking room. The second room was not much better — the air was hot and humid, the hot water took nearly 10 minutes to warm up, and the window, which was supposed to offer a pool view, had been spray-painted over, blocking any view entirely. Overall, this was a very frustrating and uncomfortable experience during what should have been an exciting and memorable weekend for our family.

was in town for a championship event where my 13 and 8 year old compete after a long hot day in sun we were trying to relax and cool down in pool and out of nowhere all the guests were threatened to leave pool area and had the cops called on its guests and one of the deputy threatened to pepper spray the crowd filled with an abundance of children from ages 1 to 17 babies aswell another deputy threatened all guests to go back to their rooms or they will be arrested for tresspassing definitely will never be going back demanded a refund and hotel denied refund
