This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It's filthy and full of cockroaches. Arrived in the evening, no lobby. Had to call and wait outside for 45 minutes for someone to arrive on site to let us into our room. The floors are filthy. We decided to throw our shoes away when we left. The bathroom had snot or poop stains on the door and walls. The floor was caked in dirt so bad my 8 year old son asked us, what is this stuff? The closet and shelves were caked in filth. I accidentally put our clean towels down on it and didn't realize until it was to late. We stayed 15 days and the cleaning crew came 2 times even though they told us it would be daily. 1 time they made the beds and took the trash. The 2nd time they only took out the trash. Never got new bedding, lived with trash for 14 days. We started taking it out ourselves in fear of cockroaches. They never restocked our coffee. We had to go ask for it every day. On 1 of 2 days they came we asked for 30 minutes so we could leave. The cleaning lady got an attitude, made faces at us and walked away. There was daily screaming, fighting and drugs going on in the rooms around us. Parking lot full of loitering bad people. Harassed my wife with sexual profanities. Got approached for money by the sexual harasser on another day. Extremely unsafe hotel for families. If you don't speak Spanish don't even think of coming here in this area. Almost no one speaks english. Even at Walmart and stores around it.

Un desastre!!! Nada que ver con las fotos que tiene. El personal nada de amabilidad, el baño super sucio y descuidado. Olor horrible a humedad, los mattres en mal estado. En fin un desastre total. Si quieres unas vacaciones agradables este hotel no es una opción.

I had read the reviews and knew from the price point that this wasn’t going to be some five star resort. I needed a place to stay for the night and I didn’t wanna pay too much so I got what I was asking for. As I’ve seen in prior reviews, external upkeep was limited, poor landscaping, buckets below the air conditioners to catch the water things like this, that you would see in a hotel that is older. Inside the room, the furniture is dated. The dresser had many different stains on it. Beds appeared clean, I didn’t do a thorough inspection because I honestly just didn’t wanna know. The bathroom had been cleaned somewhat being a taller person at the top of the shower on the rim of the surround it was caked with dirt and dust. The shower was difficult to operate. You have to pull out on the nozzle to get the water to transfer to the shower, which was strange The person who checked me in, had to use a phone to translate to communicate with me and I speak English, but we made it work . Overall, if you just need someplace to sleep real quick, this did the trick, but it is not any type of resort accommodation that one might expect in the Orlando area and that wasn’t my expectation.

La atención me pareció oportuna. Sin embargo, nos indicaron a nuestra llegada que cada dos días estarían limpiando la habitación, estuvimos 12 días en Orlando y de esos 12 días solo una única vez hicieron la limpieza y cambio de juego de cama, si nos daban toallas diariamente, pero si creo que se fallo en ese aspecto de limpieza. En realidad nos sentimos cómodos pero este es una recomendación a considerar. Muchas gracias.

I booked this place thinking it was another hotel with a similar name and right on the same property! Club Sell VA is not this place and it was so disappointing 😭 I don't know how it has any customers. It's very rundown, I will never stay here again not worth it at all. Only under an emergency. We should have just stayed home.
