Our stay at The Wellborn was lovely. It’s charming and staying in the oldest house in Orlando means there are quirks. The floor in our room was slanted, electrical outlets are in the weirdest places (common in an 1883 house that has been refurbished into a hotel) and the bathroom was tiny. That said, the decor was beautiful and the whole place was whimsical. I wish I had known there would be loud music playing until 1am most nights, but thankfully they provided earplugs in the room. All in all a lovely place to stay.

My stay was great. Its a dated property so be prepared for that but everything functioned properly, so nothing to worry about. Nice decor all around, loved the wellborn bar area, id definitely stay again.

Location was easy for my needs. It’s located next to a hospital so you do hear sirens and traffic from the offramp located in front of the property. My biggest gripe is the fact there’s a restaurant and bar that closes at 1 AM right underneath your window and all of the hotel rooms are encircled around this area. They do provide sound machines and earplugs, but it does not suffice for any kind of restful sleep until after 1:30 AM. The room, however, was very clean. Because of the fact, this is a wedding and event venue as well as a restaurant and bar parking gets a little crazy in the night time. Just be prepared.

Stayed for 9 days at Sonder and enjoyed every day. It was spacious and clean. Every morning i walked through historical downtown and at one park there is a very nice workout station. The only issue i had was the bed was a bit too hard for my liking and one evening pretty sure it was a weekend the Dr Philips house has an an event that was very loud. If they could add an amenity a pool would have been nice to escape the hot Florida sun but we would head to the beach which was 1 hour away. Overall great stay and I would definitely stay again.

Seems like the area is nice that the property is in. The only issues I had was that the lights came in the room at night and I literally couldn’t sleep all night because of how bright it is even with the blinds closed, also the AC is terrible and the beds are super uncomfortable. The room we saw in the picture is not at all what we got either. We booked this for Monday night and nothing was open that night for the amenities. Not saying that’s their fault but still something to keep in mind.

Me and my girlfriends stayed at the Wellborn Historical Hotel for one night and we did enjoy our stay. We loved all of the close by restaurants, all walking distance or a five minute drive. The room was super cute, we liked the old feel to it. I was satisfied with my stay.

Perfectly and beautifully nestled into a safe spot within the heart of Orlando. The hotel was fashionably furnished and offered a gorgeous well-lit and jungle-like backyard. This was such a unique and precious find. Parking was more than available, and there were several nearby restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and more.

Checking in was easy. There was limited parking on the property which made it difficult at times when the restaurant was busy. Also, my only suggestion would be to upgrade the windows as it is next to a busy highway and the restaurant has a lot of foot traffic. I did not mind the noise but I feel better windows would help eliminate the noise to those who would complain. All in all, great property and the room was clean and served it's purpose. Very nice area as well.
