The interior boasts modern decor and a bright ambiance that makes everyone feel welcome the moment they step through the door. When mealtimes come around, grab some help and step into the spacious kitchen complete with two fridges, two electric ranges, and two ovens to make cooking for the whole group a breeze! If you don't want to be stuck inside cooking, take it outside and whip up some burgers and kabobs on the gas grill by the pool area. Everyone can enjoy lounging by the pool all day under the warm sun and take a dip in the water to cool off. When it is time to head inside, no one will be bored here. There is a game room featuring foosball, flatscreen TVs, a gaming system, and an arcade gaming console! Plus, a movie night is the way to go, as there is a home theater to enjoy popcorn and a family-favorite film in style!

3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 75 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We were a group of 7 couples on a 3-day trip. There were so many things we loved about our stay. One of the highlights was that each couple had their own king-sized bed, and every bedroom had its own ensuite bathroom, so we never had to share—something we really appreciated for our privacy.The kitchen was amazing, with two of everything—refrigerators, microwaves, ovens—and the largest island I've ever seen, complete with two sinks. It was a dream to cook and hang out in that space. There was also a large dining table that fit all of us comfortably, which we really valued.The outdoor area was great too, with a pool and plenty of seating. The theater room was a hit with the ladies, and it was a fantastic bonus to have.There were a few minor issues, like some broken toilet paper holders and the blinds upstairs could use replacing, but these didn’t impact our overall experience. Everyone rated the stay between 9 and 10, and we all agreed that the place was clean and the beds were super comfortable.Would we stay here again? Without a doubt!

I ordered pool heat months in advance but we weren’t able to use it until the 2nd day. Some rooms were missing remotes so the TVs were not functional. Even after informing Joel, there was no communication or assistance. WiFi shut off after 11 pm for the first 3 days, so we were not able to enjoy entertainment from the TVs.

We've stayed here for the last 2 years now. Great location and big house that suits our needs well. There are several areas that are in need of what I'd consider general and routine maintenance that have not been done. Curtain rods falling out of walls, dishwasher not leaking (a lot), toilet paper holders broken, bathroom floors not clean, an advertised video room with circa 1995 video and NO sound system. In general, proper maintenance on a periodic basis is all that's needed. Our team of 12 guys tends to ignore these items on the whole, but the owner/property company should fix all of them. It could be just that much better. Otherwise we love staying here.

This place was magnificent for our very large family. We rented this place and the one next door to it. The pools in both places were very clean with lots of seating for everyone. We used and enjoyed the outdoor grills and the two refrigerators in each house. They also had a small one outside by the grill. The AC worked perfectly and kept everyone comfortable. Check in was simple and we were grateful for a little early check in time. We would love to come back next year for our yearly reunion.

Neighborhood was quiet, new and easy to get to. House was very nice and updated. Beautiful pool! The only negative was that there were no ceiling fans in the house to help and the fridge and the dishwasher had a fishy smell as if they were off for awhile and not used and then turned back on.

The house was as advertised, clean. The service experience was terrible. It was very difficult to reach a support person either before or during our stay. There was no attitude of being interested in helping us have a nice stay, more about “our policy says….”. An example is that I noted somewhere that we had to request that you activate the jacuzzi (for and extra fee over and above the price we paid). With some effort, I was able to reach the Vacasa support desk a couple of days before our stay and was told that I’d missed the deadline to request that. A better answer would have been something like, “We ask for 72 hours notice but will do our best as we’d like your stay to be as pleasant as possible.” I simply got “Our policy is 72 hours”. Once we checked in, we found that the internet did not work, neither did any of the TVs or the system in the home theatre. I reached out to rectify that and, after a long wait, spoke with the Vacasa support desk. A restart of the modem didn’t fix the issue with the internet and TVs so I was told they would send someone out. That never happened so we had no internet or entertainment for our stay. So, the net of it is that a home that was marketed as having a home theatre, heated pool and jacuzzi had none of those things for us. Not at all worth what we paid.

They need more pots and pans and the pool wasn't heated as we had requested on booking months ahead and followed up before the 72hr prior. Otherise it was a lovely property with plenty of space.

Great place to host a family reunion. Spacious rooms with private bathrooms. Lots of room to socialize and play. A nice relaxing private pool. The kitchen can accommodate cooking for a large good, it has 2 of all major appliances. Would definitely rebook this location.

We had 16 guys on our annual golf trip. The house was perfect. Great big dinning table that fit us all, clean, plenty of rooms beds and a wonderful heated pool and hot-tub. Would stay here again.

The house was very spacious and fit my large family well. The outdoor space was really nice for the size group that we had as well. However we had A LOT of issues with this house. We paid for the pool and spa to be heated. They were both freezing the day we arrived. I contacted the management company who assured me they were reaching out to the local management to deal with the issue. The house was pretty dirty and lots of things were broken. The refrigerator door had chocolate on it. There were red spots that looked like blood on the floor upstairs. After being at the house an hour, the bottoms of our feet were black. The ice maker door was broken. There was no knob inside one of the bathrooms so you couldn’t get out of the bathroom. Multiple beds only had a fitted sheet and top sheet (no comforter or blanket). There were not enough towels for the amount of people we had staying. The kitchen was not well stocked. There were tons of margarita glasses but no normal drinking glasses. There were 2 dishwashers in the house. One never drained so it was unusable. The other was hit or miss on whether it got the dishes cleaned or not. I contacted the management company multiple times and was told the local management company had been contacted and would call me soon. No one ever called. We stayed for a week. The least that should have been done was a phone call. I will never rent again through Vacasa management company.

My overall experience with renting this property was positive. The property is beautiful and is in a fantastic community that has everything you need within a small radius. Prior to renting I read the good and bad reviews and made a list of my concerns prior to my arrival. Some of the concerns were addressed and others ignored. Here are the Pros: When I left messages on the VRBO app, no one responded to the messages at all. I called the VACSA customer service line and spoke with someone who was able to immediately answer my questions. There is room for improvement with the communication link between VRBO and the Host regarding guest questions. Now the Cons: I had specific concerns about the pool and outdoor grill prior to arrival. I asked that the grill be cleaned and it wasn’t at all. In fact it was absolutely disgusting with food particles and insects that had been left on it before we arrived. The pool was somewhat dirty but someone came to clean it the next day and did a really good job. On the side of the house were two trash receptacles and a recycle can that were all overflowing with garbage, flies, and maggots. Apparently the prior renters did not take out the trash nor did the cleaning crew. I had to leave the trash in the garage until the next trash collection, the day that I left. There were remote controls missing or not working for three tvs in three rooms. The sound bar and general sound does not work in the theater room. The bathroom downstairs outside of the kitchen is missing a handle on the toilet. The blinds on the door to the pool were broken and the pulley system for the vertical blinds on the sliding doors to the backyard is also broken. The bed linens were stained and soiled in many of the rooms. There were no extra garbage bags nor dish soap left at the property. There was no tag to open the garage doors from the outside. The towel holders in two rooms were broken. The tissue holder in one room was broken. One of my main issues was that on the day of checkout, we were given a “hard” 10:00am checkout which is an hour or two less than what is generally given. The cleaning crew arrived at 10:00am and would not begin until ALL guests LEFT the property completely. My family was outside of the house waiting for car service and the crew would not begin their work until they left. All in all it may not seem like it, but the positives outweigh the negatives. The cleanliness and overall appearance are major disappointments.

This is a beautiful property in a beautiful neighborhood. Someone in our group checked the house value on Zillow and it said is was a $1.9 million home. However, it had a washer dryer upstairs and down, but upstairs did not work. The back door entry doorknob came off the first time we opened it. It has been wrapped inside with painter's tape from a sub par attempt to fix it. The giant kitchen (2 stoves, 2 fridges, a microwave and convection oven) had no working can opener, very few and cheap cooking utensils, and only 2 pots/pans. We had to trek to store to buy items just to prepare food we brought with us. There were about 6 total clothes hangers in the 14 tiny closets in all 14 bedrooms....combined. No dressers in bedrooms seemed odd, but there were storage drawers in the tiny closets. The hanging blinds were missing multiple slats and did not function to block the setting sun from heating up the house in the afternoons. Zero lot lines make parking almost impossible for a big family. 14 bedrooms but once the 6 spots in the garage/driveway were filled, street parking was sparse, and will get lots worse after the 4 or 5 lots close to the property have finished houses on them. For the price, it needs some TLC and attention to detail to go from good to great!

We had a wonderful stay at this home. We had a large group of about 30 people including adults and children. Very spacious house that was able to accommodate our entire group. Everyone was comfortable with their own private bathroom, which was very important to us. Kitchen was large and we were able to prepare our meals with ease for the entire group. Check-in was very easy and seamless. There were a few small issues with appliances not functioning but we did not let this ruin our stay. The pool was not heating up for the first two days, after calling the customer service line we received a prompt response from the home owner who had someone out the next morning, and this was resolved. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend this home.

I stayed at this property with 10 other friends for a work conference. We arrived and the house was clean, but one of the microwaves never stopped running, even with the door shut. I called and they responded rather quickly, but said it was fine & would turn off on its own… it never did. None of the TVs worked… there was cable boxes for each, but nothing worked. I also called and asked if there was cable and was told they didn’t know….. they weren’t able to fix it either. There were no dish towels or anything in the kitchen for clean up. There were also no kitchen utensils for cooking. Plenty of forks, knives, spoons, and dishes though. The grill hasn’t been cleaned in god knows how long. There were maggots on the trash can next to it… gross. The area of the ceilings where the AC vents were was growing black mold. It also dripped on the floor often. The upstairs area was bare and the poker table only had 1 chair. The trash cans were disgusting. They were filthy and the area where they were placed into he side of the house was disgusting & not maintained. Very disappointed in our stay. The pictures make it look so nice. Renter’s beware!!

The house was great except for the pool, the projector in theater, and linen. I love the fact that the parking space wise enough for up to 3 to 5 vehicles. The pool needed cleaning, and they had someone to come out the next day which was great. The linen needed to be replaced, and the projector and the movie theater needed to be adjusted, and the knob on the stove was detached. I gave the rating a four because they were great communicators. I would have hated to have paid as much as I paid and they did not communicate. When we got to the property we immediately recorded and took photos of all of the damages and things that needed to be taken care of and I forward it to them, and they sent someone out the next day. I was upset but I was also excited and happy that they communicate and sent someone out the next morning. We should not have had to do all of that because it should’ve already been taken care of but I was not too upset when they took the time to accommodated me for all of the frustration that my guests and I had. Plan ahead and ask them if these things are taken care of so your first day will not be a bust. They are great communicating and I will do business with them again. ALSO, the house is REALLY NICE!
