Having the washer and dryer in your room for was super convenient, staff was friendly, rooms were clean, and many more good things will be staying here again. Maybe the only downside is they do trying to convince you to join their time share presentation for free universal tickets at check in.

During our stay, the U.S. Marshals kicked down a door and made an arrest right as we were coming out of our room. It felt very unsafe, especially because my kids were directly in the line of fire and no officers instructed us to return to safety. I don’t believe the situation was handled properly. In addition, housekeeping wasn’t consistent—after cleaning, they often didn’t replace towels or blankets and didn’t clean the room thoroughly.

I have booked here several times in the last couple of years. I did not have a good experience this time. I had to wait for over 5 days for my deposit to hit my bank account. That seemed way too long and no one told me when I checked in. For that reason I will not stay there again.

Overall a great place to stay for the price. The rooms are lovely with ample space for a family. Loved the washer and dryer and appreciated the extra detergent and dryer sheets included. We were a bit disappointed with the lack of transportation to all the parks. A bit misleading in the description. Only two parks included and only at one time late morning . Not very feasible. However, with that being said we would still stay here again with our family.

Dank des bereits vorab möglichen Online-Check-ins konnten wir sofort in unser Resort-Erlebnis starten. An der Rezeption war alles bestens vorbereitet, sodass wir Zeit gespart und den Aufenthalt ganz entspannt beginnen konnten. Suite & Ausstattung: Unsere Suite war beeindruckend groß – fast schon wie ein eigenes Apartment – mit separaten Schlafzimmern, einer voll ausgestatteten Küche, Wohn- und Essbereich sowie einem Balkon mit schöner Aussicht. Alles war sehr gepflegt und modern eingerichtet, sodass man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Das Resort bietet wirklich „home away from home“-Komfort, was den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm macht. Anlage & Komfort: Das Berkley Resort ist großzügig angelegt und bietet viele Annehmlichkeiten: einen schön gestalteten Poolbereich mit Liegen, Fitnessmöglichkeiten, einen kleinen Kinosaal sowie bequeme Parkmöglichkeiten. Alles ist sehr sauber, gepflegt und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Service & Personal: Das Personal war durchweg freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer mit einem Lächeln präsent.
